CPR Cell Phone Repair Southlake reviews
15Great and quick service. Very pleased. I will definitely use this service again if the need arises.
Quick turnaround to replace the screen on my iPhone. Reasonable pricing and great customer service.
My daughter broke the screen to her Microsoft Surface pro 7 and I took it to a buddy of mine to get it fixed he usually does a good job but this time it was a little over his head and I took it to the shop and they had it fixed by the next day. So now I know the next time something breaks I will come to this shop and have everything fixed. The customer service was above and beyond, they were very friendly, and they always ask the right questions to make sure they get to the bottom of the issue to fix the correct issue.
Quick and accurate repair time, professional service. Wide array of devices that can be repaired.
They were fast and efficient. My family has gone here many times for repairs. Great service.
I took an iPad Air 4th generation with a broken screen. Since it is also a cellular iPad it required a special screen, they didn't have it in stock. Bill was able to have the iPad ready for me by the next day. Very happy with the workmanship and the speed of their service as well.
Very reasonable pricing to fix, quality equipment on-site to make repairs, and knowledgeable staff. The back of my device was cracked.new glass back replaced within less than an hour!
Thank you for staying late jared,
i cant believe you were able to restore an s22 ultra 5G to new.there was light bleeding through the display and now its back to new.amazing.
Rude and unhelpful staff. Will charge you $25 FOR A RECEIPT of the work.
Edited in response to the owner's comments:
We were asking for a receipt, using specifically that word. It is a fair question to ask why you would charge $25 for a receipt, and the tone was polite and measured. I believe the onus is on you to listen to and understand what your customers are asking for, and clearly you did not. We were not asking for a free service, the repair for a phone screen was going to be $400. We can’t claim on insurance until the work is done, for which we need an itemized receipt. We are perfectly capable of filing our own insurance claim, no 'assistance' needed from you at all. I don’t think getting an itemized receipt for work completed is a high expectation, unless you have something to hide. Most businesses seem to manage this "for free". The next time I eat in a restaurant should I expect a $25 charge on my bill for them to itemize what we ate? And now I think about it, I've never been charged for a quote for something either, but you proudly "do it all day every day".
The tone of your response to this review however is rude. Well done for proving my point about how you address customers. Let me suggest that if you want to look professional it might be an idea not to give your opinion on a stranger’s parenting skills and denigrate them, and instead try to understand and address the reason for the review.
The whole bad experience was, at least, a teachable moment. My son saw a 'bad example' of how to treat customers who are about to spend $400 on apparently ‘free’ work and learned how to successfully take his business elsewhere to avoid price gouging.
I can't say enough good things about these guys! Fixed my Note 20 smashed screen in 1 hour, cost less than half price of new phone! (They do accept insurance/ device coverage, but I don't have that, so paid out of pocket). Trustworthy, knowledgeable, quick! Definitely see them for phone, computer-they fix it all!
Great experience, very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back for any future repair needs.
This is our second visit to this CPR Cell Phone Repair Southlake location, and they continue to perform perfect iPhone repairs quickly. If you need a screen or camera replacement for your iPhone, I highly recommend their friendly, fast service.
Very simple. Brought in my iPad with broken screen, picked my iPad up 4 hours later with a perfect screen.
Horrible at communicating the problem and will charge you more than you expected at check out. The phone seems to work so if you don't care if you get ripped off then you can do business with them.otherwise avoid them.
I shattered my iPhone screen and was sent here through my insurance claim to get my screen replaced. CPR was very quick, professional, and did a great job. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future if my clumbsiness get my screen shattered again.
