Chris at the location on 10th in Wichita falls just saved my bacon I was really upset and my phone was jacked and he helped me with everything I needed super service super guy

I have a older phone that is going to the big AT&T in the sky. I was trying to get a trade in, but I have to factory reset it to send it off. AT&T couldn't do it because the phone wouldn't stay charged long enough. So they sent me to geek squad. Geek Squad sent me to Cell hone repair guy because the phone was too old? Then they told me there wasn't much they could do because their tec guy was out. I Googled cell phone repir and found CPR kris was more then happy to look and my phone and after a few tries he got it going I highly do appreciate and recomend CPR

Justin repaired/replaced my phone screen and was fast, efficient and courteous. He also set me up with a new screen protector along with an upgraded phone case from what I had, all without being pushy about the extras. He also presented me all my options with the quote before the repair. Although it was pricey, I would highly recommend this place based on the quality of the work and customer service. Besides, what cellphone purchase/provider/repair or service doesn't already feel overpriced?

So I went about a year ago for hdmi problems and then months later maybe a year later it happened again and I followed everything they said to do I’m going back tomorrow I hope I don’t have to pay 200 again and if they do fix it pls make the hdmi problem permanently go away!

Went in about a year ago to fix my XBox One after an HDMI port broke and it was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. I spent over $100 just to get my device back and it only worked for a couple weeks until it gave out. Now, if I try to hook it up to any TV with any HDMI cord, it says there’s no signal, which sucks because I refuse to spend any more money to fix this console.

Microsoft was going to charge me $300 to fix the disc drive on my Xbox series X. CPR was able to fix the device locally for significantly less. I will definitely be giving them more business in the future.

Justin at the store was very helpful and patient. The price was reasonable and cheaper than other locations. The quality of work was great. We were very satisfied with the laptop work that was done.

I took them a box of parts late in the day with other jobs ahead of me, and they were still able to hand me a working phone within 2hrs! I’ve learned not to tinker with an iPhone! So knowledgeable, polite and efficient! Justin had the necessary parts on hand for my model, so he was able to fix it same day. So glad I found CPR. Much cheaper than a brand-corporate repair quote. You know up front what the cost will be. Very pleased.

This was my first visit to CPR cell phone repair. Justin was very helpful and concise. My visit was because I had a scratch on my screen protector on my iPhone 14. It turns out that it was actually cracked. He explained the warranty and procedure, and had my phone repaired in less than five minutes. Overall, one of the best service experiences I have ever had in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Fast service and easy to have handled. Zag screen guard replaced and installed for low price.

They were very helpful. My phone was dead on arrival. The tech tried several different parts to bring phone back from the dead with no luck. I was charged $0.00. I recommend very highly. I have used CPR several times and never been disappointed.

Great place. They got Straight to the point. Took 1½ days for my phone to be ready but thats because my screen had to be ordered once it arrived Chris fixed it within an Hour. Props to him my phone screen was damaged so bad I didn't think it could be fixed, boy was I wrong. Any future cracks or breaks I get I'm coming here no questions asked. Great costumer service, nice location what more do you need

My screen popped off a few months after I had replaced it, however they are fast and friendly.
