I had a great experience with the instructor (Shan) and the class. He shared the importance of CPR and gave us the in-depth steps to learn/execute the procedures. Very easy to understand and engaging.

Very informative. Just need to be a little more time conscious. Otherwise the class has the best info I've received in a CPR class. I've done CPR classes for 22 years sooooo. Great class

An amazing and informative class! Spent 3 hours learning the proper way to do CPR and use the AED, and was corrected on whatever we were missing. The instructor was so great, he was super nice but not afraid to step in and show us how to do things right. As a med student grad I would totally recommend this BLS class to everyone.

Do not reccomend. 0 stars if I could as it has been an ongoing hassle trying to get our ecards from the facility. Our whole company, 2 classes of 17 individuals, took the course on July 17th, 2023. The instructor arrived late, in comparison to other CPR classes I've taken, his was much different. He spent a lot of time talking about himself. At the beginning of class we were told to provide name and emails for everyone who attended and that was done immediately after the second class. We were told that they were going to be sent same day. We initially reached out on the 21st via email to see if the ecards had already been sent. No response. I called on the 28th to see if there was an update. I was told that I reached the customer service department where all they do is book new classes. For anything pertaining to classes that had already took place CS would have to reach out to the instructor and the instructor would then have to reach out to me. It did not happen. On the 30th I called and I stated my concerns regarding the ecards we have not received and was told they would follow up. Still no response. On August 4th our Director reached out again via email and again, no surprise. No response. I called the customer service line again on the 10th of August and was told again the same thing, that they would look into it and follow up. I was able to find the instructors number from the day of the class and reached out to him. Shawn texted me back and was "surprised" I hadn't received them yet. He replied two hours later stating he would send them now. That was two days ago. I reached out to him yesterday for an update. Nothing. Payment was taken prior to the class which I understand. What I don't understand is not receiving ANY of our ecards by August 24,2023. At this point we're out hundreds of dollars, took the class but still don't have our E-Cards for Compliance. I'm not sure what else I can do to obtain the E-cards that we signed up for, paid for, took the class for and provided recipient information for. This is absurd.

Shawn was an excellent CPR instructor. This was by far the best and most informative CPR class I have taken. It was the most hands on CPR class I have taken and now I feel confident giving CPR with adults, children's and infants. I learned how to do CPR the correct way that you need to save someone's life. Not the way the video shows you or how I have learned in the past. I will be taken my CPR renewal class with Sean.
