CPR did a phenomenal job of diagnosing my car. Tesla wanted to charge me over $7k to completely replace my rear drive unit. CPR checked it out and turns out it didn’t need to be replaced at all. This place holds integrity and would only recommend bringing your tesla here.

Battery coolant started pouring out of my MYLR on Sunday evening. I immediately reached out to Cameron, and he replied back, walking me through questions and what to do next. (I was supposed to be taking this car on a family road-trip on Thursday). I had my car towed to his shop the next morning. He found the radiator was punctured, talked through some options, and kindly answered my questions. With some parts availability luck, he had the radiator installed and car back in my hands by 4: 45pm the same day! Plenty of time before my road trip. I could not believe it! 5 star service and care for the cars he works on and to his customers. Do not hesitate to take your Tesla to CPR!

Today, Cameron took great care of my 2014 Model S. He diagnosed the problems that my car was experiencing based on a short drive, and quoted what needed to be fixed at a much lower cost than at the TSC. He even offered a lower cost fix the motor unit, which did not require a compete replacement, as Tesla suggested! I doubt very much the TSCs would give this kind of transparency. This is the kind of service you come back for.

I contacted CPRTesla for a quote due to getting an error message saying parking assist unavailable. On the way there i got a message about my coolant level being low. Cameron was quick to diagnose the issue. Radiator was ordered, once it came in it only took a few hours for the install. He also diagnosed the issue with my sensors. Everything works perfectly now. Great company and their pricing is great. They don’t overcharge you or have you pay for things you don’t need. Will definitely go back with any issues and will refer to anyone i know that can use them.

Cameron and his team provided great service for my model 3. They are very knowledgeable and a great alternative to the Tesla service centers. Going to be using them for all my standard non-warranty services going forward.

CPR Tesla is a great option that saves a significant amount of money over using Tesla themselves. More so if your car is out of warranty which was the case for my 2018 Model 3 RWD LR with 110K miles. I travelled from Fort Worth to see Cameron and he dedicated a few hours on his Saturday to work on my car. Here is what I had done: 1-Right Daytime Running Light Replacement, 2- Front Ball Joint Lubrication, 3-AC OrdorErase Service, and 4-Bumper to Bumper Inspection.

The inspection revealed some issues that I'm going to get addressed. Should help get as much life as I can on this great car. He even let me hang out in his office area with my dog while he did the work.
