CPS Medical, Tyler TX

My sister in law visiting from California left her cpap machine at Love field in Dallas. While the airport searched, we decided to call CPS Medical to see if they had one we could rent. The owner Mr. Hill was able to rent us one on a weekend. We really appreciate this business went above and beyond to help us. Thanks. If anyone is in need of Medical equipment, I highly recommend this business.

I have been waiting for a return call for three days. I have called three times and been told each time that the person who could help was 1. Out of the office at 10 am. 2. Had just come in at 2 pm3. And the next day she had just gotten in at 2 pl. I was told I would get a return phone call in a few minutes. Still waiting. I am up against a Medicare deadline and may lose my CPAP.

CPS Medical offered us excellent service. Delivery and pick up of the equipment was done in a professional manner. The staff is very friendly and extended so much courtesy and consideration to us during a very trying time with our family. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I choose this company because I read the good reviews. I’M REGRET IT! It is an UNHEALTHY place. They don’t wear a mask at all, workers coughing and they don’t sanitize their hands before touching you! Even worst when I asked them to wear a mask the give me a bad look! They don’t follow the recommendations for COVID 19 that they have in their own website! What a shame!

WORST PLACE EVER! Ruth one of the employees was working while having the COVID 19 and we got infected. I’m sure the rest of the employees are infected too. None of the employees there were wearing a mask at all even to teach us how to use the machine and if you request them to wear a mask they only do it for a couple minutes and then get rid of. They don’t wash or sanitize their hands before helping people. We were there last week. If you were there between 11/05/20 and now most likely you are infected with COVID-19. Please contact me if you were there. This behavior is inaceptable.

CPS medical has wonderful caring staff, that are the most experience and knowledgeable! They went above and beyond for our loved one.forever grateful to them.
