Used CR Plumbing for the first time today—faucet problem. James arrived when expected, was professional and polite, identified the problem immediately, and had the issue fixed promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call CR again.

I called and explained that I have a Westinghouse water softener that was having problems. I was told it would be a $99 trip fee that would be credited to any service charge. The plumbers came, could not figure out what was wrong and ended up charging $274 as a “diagnostic charge”. They could not diagnose what was wrong, could not fix the problem, and there was no $99 credit. Do not use this company.

CR Plumbing consistently works efficiently, cleanly and does good work. They provide excellent service and give you clear expectations for what to expect.
