Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
42Food was yummy, just as expected from Cracker Barrel. Took a bit of time for my meal, it seemed rather dead and it took over 20 minutes to receive my breakfast. The waitress seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but there.
Ordered food and they said they were out of biscuits. Ridiculous, considering they make them in house, but okay maybe somebody wasn't paying attention. Then they tell us it'll be 15 minutes and they'll bring some by. Never happens and the biscuits are most of the reason why we ate there. Good food, but terrible service/management.
Very close to Six Flags over Texas. Very accommodating with huge wait times so go early or late on weekends.
Cracker Barrel used to be one of my favorites. It has gone downhill lately. Smaller portions and lesser quality of the food. Too bad.
Worst restaurant experience ever. Food was horrible. Sausage could have been sold as jerky it was so dry and hard. French toast was dry and cold. Scrambled eggs were overcooked.
Every time we come here we end up having a wonderful time. Never have we ever had any problems. Staff, service and food is always awesome. I will deffinitely continue to dine here
I was seated with my two daughters no one came to place are orders never even got drinks we waited over 20 min. Nothing. So I had to carry my crying 2 yr out because she want to stay and eat. We watched other people be survived, no one came! Ugh
I had an absolutely fantastic time here! The food we recieved was so good, and the staff were great. We came on my birthday, and our server even left a note on our reciept, wishing us a good day and me a happy birthday. They even brought out free Coca Cola cake, and sang Happy Birthday.
Cracker barrel is good food breakfast or for a home cooking style of dinner. Comfort food. Service at this location is usually good.
Today's visit was not a good one. We have never been to Cracker barrel a not gotten great food and service. Today both were bad. The server was not attentive. The food was tasteless. I don't know what was going on but it was the opposite of our normal visit. We couldn't even get cornbread.
Thumbs up to the young lady at the Cracker Barrel on 360 in Arlington. She went above and beyond to find just the right size and Unicorn costume for Serenity.
The food was great, the staff attentive. The food was reasonably priced.
I loved their little country store.
There is nothing to not like about Cracker Barrel but I've decided my favorite thing is the free biscuits with strawberry jam. Yum.
The food at this one was awful. I had the rudest waitress also. Plus I had to send two plates back
This is the best breakfast place hands down, prices are reasonable, beats Ihop or Dennys, and we always get fast service, plus its fun to play the puzzles while you wait for your food, it makes a family meal much more enjoyable.
First time.very nice place n the apple cider bbq chicken breast with corn n mashed potatos are delicious.
The hostess/waitress Nalia was incredible. The food was good but she made our visit outstanding. Her attention to making sure we for what we ordered and her follow up making sure our water stayed filled, removing plates to keep us comfortable at our table. It was like we were her only table but we could see she had several in our section. She was the hostess when we entered and her smile just greeted you immediately. She makes this place outstanding
Party of 5 people and service was terrible. Had to ask for biscuits and muffins. Had to ask for butter. Half my plate was cold and chicken fried steak was hot. Do not like cold mashed potatoes and gravy. I also kept asking for the extra gravy I had originally ask for. Had to been the most worse visit ever.
Long wait time and the server was making racist comments about us to other tables and fellow servers
