It's Cracker Barrel. What else needs be said? Country food prepared very well, servers who know their jobs and do them well. A great gift shop. And RV parking!

Update 11/29/21-service has been slower on the weekend. Steak was stringy, chewy and impossible to swallow. Crammed 5 of us around a 4 person table which are too small anyway. Esmeralda is a young waitress that performed perfectly. She is the only reason I only dropped the stars to 4.

Taking back to the old school with gift this Christmas or for any occasion. Cracker Barrel has a little something for everyone. Christmas decor and discount are amazing.

Servers are very slow, I needed a server to order and three to four servers were just talking, congregated around a table.

One wakes right past me two times and tended to an empty table next to me and didn’t ask if we needed assistance.

I ordered the fry chicken, macaroni and dumplings. They were out of okra and to make it worse my food was cold. I was very disappointed with the food taste and service wasn't great either. I left there feeling hungry and tired. I had just gotten back into town after driving 8 hours.

My first visit and I would give it 8 stars! We used the online wait list and even though the app wasn't working great we only had about 30 minutes to get a table. The gift shop is amazing, so much to see. The Thanksgiving meal was served almost instantly, and every dish was top-notch, especially the sweet potatoes! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back soon without a doubt!

Enjoyed being able to talk to others at the table without having to shout. The chicken fried steak was thick and moist, delicious.

I didn’t have a good experience sitting outside. We didn’t have anything on our table. After 45 minutes someone came and took our order. After 25 minutes they brought a lemonade and biscuits but all lemonade poured on all biscuits in a plate, so the sever went and changed it. We got our breakfast coffee and our lemonade after another 20 minutes. I waited for cream for another 10 minutes. No sugar for our coffee and straw for our lemonade, I had to go inside and ask for it. After getting straw for my lemonade and sugar for my coffee, all our breakfast got cold. Not a good experience. One of the managers came, I told him everything is cold. He didn’t care. In the middle of eating our breakfast, they brought the check, so rude.

We went Thanksgiving day. Service was excellent. Turkey was delicious. Sides were great. A great day for counting your blessings.

Do not order any holiday meals especially if you have visit coming over horrible experience this year 150 dollars in the trash it hurt thanksgiving meals where horrible no flavor at all! Cracker Barrel is known for great food in this case I can not say the same the heating instructions where not available online like they where suppose to be we had to last minute cook everything ourselfs the only thing that had some flavor was the sweet potato so sorry but something had to be said about the food never again

I had placed an online order and payed for it, pick up time was supposed to be 9: 36 AM. Showed up at Cracker Barrel and started standing to the side waiting for my to go order. Stood there for 30 MINUTES. No one asked me if I needed any help, asked me how I’m doing, no questions of any concern. I finally asked a manager why my food is taking so long that I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes, she proceeded to check on my order. 10 minutes later my order comes back. Me: “ this is ridiculous I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for an order”Manager: “ yeah I know“ And then walks off. Not an apology, not anything. I turned to the cashers told them “ how could you not even offer an apology, y’all have a great day” and walked out. It is amazing to me that when it’s busy Cracker Barrel employees choose who to give customer service to. It’s simple. My food was 30 minutes late, cold, and I couldn’t get a simple apology. Zero accountability on the restaurants behalf. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CRACKER BARREL AGAIN.

They have been short staff which led to a long wait time.the food can be better. The only thing that i think i really enjoy was the huckleberry tea DELICIOUS! NEED TO TRY IT
