Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Fort Worth TX

Hands down the best experience I've ever had. The workers are super friendly. While it was super packed and online orders caused a greater wait time, I cannot deny that their customer service is outstanding. From the aesthetics to the food, it feels like a mini Christmas/Thanksgiving dinner this time of year. I LOVED the meatloaf, burger, chicken fried chicken, literally anything on the menu is amazing. Hats off to whoever worked on potatoes, even the skin was delicious. Was surprised how juicy they made my burger considering I prefer well done.

As for any customers hoping to try some stellar food, have some patience and understanding if it gets busy. I promise its worth the wait.

Placed an order online & after arriving they have me wait another 30 minutes for my order. Half an hour later, a server tells me one of my ordered entrees is out of stock. No clue why it took this long to realize.

I order a new entree and was told it'd be 15-20 more minutes. It's now been 40 mins and I'm still waiting in the lobby.

What terrible service. Over an hour of my life wasted standing in this lobby. Never returning to this location.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the workers.especially the cashiers at the register.they were so friendly, put a smile on my face and had me laughing!

Fantastic service! I was picking up a huge order for work and it was ready on time (actually early) and they loaded it into the car for us!

Love the food, the store, the wait staff, and the customers. I recommend the entire experience. You can get servers who aren't so friendly, so thorough, so accommodating.everywhere. Commiserating with other patrons is enough. I've decided to let that go and not let it interrupt my overall enjoyment of Cracker Barrel locations too much.

Worst din in experience I have ever had in my life. Definitely do not recommend. Had our food served to us on dirty dishes. When we told the manager he said he doesn't have to listen to us. We had multiple complaints and the manager refused to do anything and snatched the plate from us.

Waitress could have gave better customers service. Felt rushed to order and had to ask for everything needed but the syrup. Food was ok very small portions on individual sides. Will eat again just not this location

Always a good breakfast here. Waitress was super friendly. Hostess was more friendly with the men that came in than she was with us, lol but I'm not gonna hold it against her. We did notice it tho. Haha
I wish they had prices on the actual items in the store part. There were a couple of toys I might have bought if I'd known how much they were. But didn't want to wait thru the line to find out.
All in all, a good experience.

Food is fair at best. It's crowded and service is by very young inexperienced students. They try hard but it's rough when your service is lacking due to inexperience. I'm an educator and love to support HS students working, however, management needs to fully train and supervise along their learning journey. Protect them from dealing with unhappy customers because they don't know how to do it better. Train, train, and support them! I tipped 1 kid because while mine was swamped and overwhelmed by a large party, he brought me coffee. I shared with him tips of the trade as I saw him make mistakes with other tables. Safety mistakes. I tipped my waitress and reassured her to keep trying, she'll get better. She looked like she was about to. Both kids were sweet just needed more support and training! That's management fault!

Even though we got there late we thought it closed at 10: 00 it closes at 9: 00.

Ok, noisy, told to wait 10-15 minutes before a table would be ready, when many clean empty tables were immediately ready, when i said i didn't have time to wait to be seated at a table suddenly i was taken to be seated, "? ", good menu good food. Server was nice

Great breakfast, steak and eggs, cant beat it, the fried chicken is like moms. I like to look at the goodies out front, i found a great chess board, i didnt buy it though, it was made in china,

Eat hear at least once a month with a friend of mind and every time that we are here the staff is great. Wonderful food as well

The hostess chose a table near the window with a terrible glare. I asked if we could move over ONE table to not have a glare. The hostess went into a tizzy about the waitress & how unhappy SHE will be to have us at a different table! Seriously! When is the waitresses comfort more valuable than the customer? !?
On a side note…food looked & tasted wonderful! The store was very clean.

UPDATE - I did speak with the manager & he said that he would take care of it immediately.

The is one of spots we used to like to stop at while traveling across Texas. We won’t be stopping here again.
We were skipped on our wait list tonight, which is no big deal but no apologies were made by the staff or management who both heard our complaints.

Sides are a lot smaller as well.

So we decided just not to return to this location. Waitress was super sweet, she’s gets a great rating.

The food is great, customer is pretty good, but it seems overwhelming for them. It is so overcrowded, long wait times, so I really didn't enjoy the experience much but the food is great.

Ordered from Uber Eats. They forgot the biscuits for my sunrise sampler and forgot my wife's hashbrown casserole. Extremely disappointing. We are going backwards in so many ways. Blaming covid is for the sad and pathetic.

We went there for their meatloaf. We were informed after we had ordered that they were out of meatloaf. I ordered hot hashbrown casserole. My order of hashbrown casserole was served cold!

The waitress was spot on! She was also our seater. The food was remarkably good. The wife loved her chicken strip platter and the chicken fried steak is awesome! Aitiana was on her toes and friendly too.
The store inside is very cool! Going back soon to get one of the largest coffee cups I've ever seen!

Kwame our server was awesome tonight he was on top of everything all night long. Felicia and the other lady, who we didn’t catch her name, behind the counter around 730pm made the whole room light up including a 15 year old birthday girl who didn’t have the birthday song sung at her table, they did it instead!
