Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Conroe TX

Great Breakfast at a reasonable price & the wait staff was very helpful in our food choices & there was a very friendly atmosphere, too!

Utilized to-go ordering. All orders were sealed for precaution. Each bag had a ticket to show the order was double checked for accuracy. All food and customizations were perfect! Food hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and professional.

I was in a hurry and worried about the time it normally takes to eat at a sit down restaurant but I really wanted to eat at Cracker Barrel so I went and just planned on scarfing my food down and ordering as soon as I was seated. My food came out so fast that I was shocked (I didn't even mention that I was in a hurry) also they were kinda busy and I had a bit of a wait till my waitress came out a passing waitress noticed that I was drinkless and offered to get me a drink. Great customer service as usual at any Cracker Barrel. My waitress was awesome and the food was delicious as usual.

This place never fails. The food is always hot fast and just like your Mom or Grandma's gonna make you. Good size portions and made with love!

Great delicious food. Fantastic hospitality. Even though it is a chain, it has a family owned business feel to it. Buttermilk biscuits are delicious.

Food is always fresh and affordable, I can feed a family of 5 under $40. And everytime I have gone into CB the employees are always so kind! Love that our town that is growing still has good country cooking for us small town folks with good folks to be greeted by. (There’s only so much Mexican food you can eat)

Disappointing. I saw several people get up and leave. They have plenty of wait staff. There is a problem in management or in the kitchen.

Pretty cool atmosphere! Though I thought it was going to be expensive, it was all the opposite. Very reasonable prices for the type of food. I do recommend this place! And very delicious by the way. I got me the country's boy breakfast. It was on point! Keep up the good work!

I've been to alot ot cracker barrels, don't eat there alot anymore cause there so busy and I'm in such a hurry, but the wife and I had time so we stopped in, the best one with the best service yet, thank you

Food was pretty good, but our waiter was distracted away from us & he gave us our bill when we had just started eating our meal.

Best place with a wait time. Forgot I was waiting for a table while shopping in the amazing country store

They have the best food to eat and when it's cold outside they have a real fire going in the fireplace and they have really wonderful breakfast to eat and coffee to drink and lost of things to buy.

Too crowded. After 10 minutes the manager took the drink order. Ten more minutes got the iced teas and another person took the order. Another wait and our waitress brought the food. Then she brought the check and ran off before we could get a refill. It's all good but could have been better. We wanted dessert!

I like this place. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because of Brad's wife, but it's still a nice place.

Long wait, order was correct but minimal contact with server after food was dropped. Once we got the check our server vanished.and we could not get anymore refills on even water.

Food was good. Staff was friendly. Our waitress got our order right the first time. The store had a lot of the nostalgic candies of yesteryears. No complaints from start to finish of visit.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. Our waitress was great and the food was hot and cooked perfectly. Try the fried turkey special. AMAZING!

I have come here several times. I love the breakfast food but the service could improve. They are not rude but just not super friendly either. Like I said I have gone more than once and notice the waiters don't really smile. It also takes awhile to get a refill. Also, I asked for ketchup on my last visit and waiter never came back with it. He only showed up later with the check. But I did not let that experience get to me because the food was served hot and it was good. I will keep coming and hoping they will find this review helpful and improve on their service and friendliness.

Great comfort food for a rainy day. But so busy you couldn't move around in store or restaurant, service was still good.
