Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Allen TX

I've always loved this restaurant, although our waiter was really rude this time and normally dont have that problem.

The food was fresh and made exactly how we ordered it. Our server was super nice and respectful.

They are back to 100% seating capacity which puts tables too close to one another. We felt uncomfortable with the lack of distance and left without ordering.

Well I am standing here waiting to be seated and I've been here for 10 minutes. I think I'll go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusted. Purchased to go food was cold roast beef pot roast was DISGUSTING and the brown gravy was as well. Chocolate cake look like they just threw it in the to go container, didn’t get the ice cream that comes with it. We ordered cornbread muffins and got biscuits. Not satisfied at all! Huge disappointment!

I don't suggest you go after the dinner rush. Once they run out of certain things they don't make more.

Although it was very busy we didn't have to wait too long and had quick service! The menu has a wide variety of options and the food was fantastic!

Love the little shop. Food is good but the biscuits and the ranch dressing not as good as it used to be.

Busy, busy. Xmas family getting togethers. Still good, attentive service. Smaller portions than usual, but expected because of crowds.

Food is fantastico and really great if you are ready to fall asleep in an hour or so, maybe earlier. Minus 1 star for 25 minute wait on takeout.

The food was great, but the attitude and poor customer service given from the Manager, when simply asking to be given another table, knocked off 2 stars because it apparently rubbed off onto the host. As we noticed because the host (person who sat us) gave just as bad service n attitude. Server was great and the bad experience wasn't her fault at all. This was my first time ever to go. But I will be giving them a second chance to make our experience better.

Food is always good but tried the online ordering for the first time and it was a major fail. The order I received was not right, there is no way somebody could eat that much broccoli. Luckily I checked the order and went back to get the right stuff. They finally bring it out but it was cold and not worth it. Online ordering still need some work.

Good for and good service. Love their breakfast on Sunday mornings. Not much of a wait before being seated. The country store makes the time pass quickly.

Love me some Crackle Barrel. I don't know if I've ever had a bad experience. Pie for dessert makes it even better

Always good for a good family meal. It's one of our favorites and we go there about every couple of weeks

Great little store in the Cracker Barrel tradition but the food has really got skimpy on the servings I would rather pay more to get a decent plate of food

Mmmmmm Buddy. Had Blueberry Hotcakes, eggs and bacon, with a hot cup of coffee. Left me feeling like don't bother. 5 stars

I took my daughter there for breakfast. You can't go wrong with a cracker barrel breakfast. There's usually so much food that it's hard to finish. The service staff was very friendly and their quality of food was really good. I had to use the restroom and even their restroom is very clean which is important to me. We like going there

Wnt to pick up Chistmas dinner sides. It was a quick process. They assign a time for pickup which apparently reduces wait time. Food was the traditional Cracker Barrel.
