Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
28Comfort food- so yummy! My favorite part is the store. Such fun and unique clothing, housewares, gifts, and candy.
Great memories recaptured at this family friendly place with great "down home"cooking!
The thing about cracker barrel is the menu, all over the country you know what you are going to get when you order. I love it.
It was great! I had the cheesy hash browns with fried onions bacon and scrambled eggs with salsa and buttermilk biscuits.
My Fiancée and I went out to eat dinner here tonight and had a wonderful time, our waiter Blaze was outstanding and funny, kept us happy and was there when we needed him, the food was also out standing! 10/10 place to eat!
Have eaten at this location several times, usually good but not this trip. Biscuit pot pie, the chicken was to tough to chew and the hamburger was simply terrible. When you would have rather had a McDonald's or Sonic burger over a restaurant is pretty sad.
The restaurant is located on route 287, near the Walmart. It is not easy to get there if you do not pay any attention.
The food is good and the waiters are nice and accommodating.
The gift shop is always a pleasant discovery.
Food and hospitality were very nice as always.was nice to have dinner out and not have to cook my own birthday dinner.enjoy it very well. Thank you
Stopped in while passing through Wichita Falls and was impressed. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The Lemon Pepper trout was cooked perfectly! They also have a country store attached to the restaurant with all kinds of candies and country knickknacks. Worth a visit!
Always look for a CB. Everywhere, can never go wrong eating there. I have eaten in prolly 50 CB's. Great place. Good is always consistently great.
I love this place! Every time we travel we stop when we see one. The breakfast is great. Usually the service is good. We love to walk around the country store.
Mood seemed a bit intense, nobody smiled except the hostess. She was great. Everyone else was apparently in a crummy mood. Regardless, the food was good, and that's what we came for.
GREAT FOOD AND "THE NOSTALGIC" ATMOSPHERE INSIDE THEIR STORE WITH FRIENDLY HELPFUL COURTEOUSE EMPLOYEES IS GREAT!
I ordered three different things they were all out of the product. When you run out of things that's poor management.
Enjoyed a country breakfast at the Cracker Barrel in Wichita Falls. Their hash brown casserole is amazing! One of very few places that my turkey sausage is not dry and flavorless. The location is a little out of the way, but worth the drive. I go into this establishment to eat but end of shopping. They have some of the cutest clothes and what nots.
The French toast was not done, and they only made it worse by smothering it all in blackberry compote. No thank you.
Food was not seasoned. Very bland. Seems like the cooks were not the usual ones. Wait staff was slow and tables were not cleared in a timely manner.
Generally I like the Cracker Barrel. I never order anything than the breakfast. It is southern, heart stopping country food with an eclectic collection of garage sale history on the walls. Service isn't terrible and the food, how complicated can it be?
Stopping at Cracker Barrell to have lunch will never be a disappointment! Food is always great! Nostalgia heyday for me.food like my mom always cooked for my siblings and me
PS. Cracker Barrell shopping is fun too!
