Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
33My husband and I both had the same lunch, county fried steak, mashed potatoes, and fried okra. The steak and mashed potatoes were pretty good but the fried okra was tough and cold. Service was ok.
Friendly, courteous staff, we were a party of eleven and they made sure we were taken care of. Good food!
The food came out wrong and when it finally came back to me it was missing some food, the service was very slow never refilled our drinks.
It was my birthday, and my daughter took me there. I had never eaten there, but I really enjoyed it.
We had a group of 4. The food was quick to arrive and the service was pleasant. I enjoyed the chicken livers with fried okra and broccoli. The chili was also very good. However, they dropped off the check way before dinner was over. We had to try and flag her down to order coffee. And to flag her down to get a refill.
The staff is ALWAYS friendly and top notch! The food is always good.
Whenever I go there, I know I can relax, because I feel like I'm going home. Except I don't have to do the dishes.
The outside looks like a barrel, and it's always full of old crackers. Mediocre, bland, "home cooked" style food at a decent price. The staff is lovely.
I say it's ok only because I must of gone during the times that things where off. Typically when one goes to cracker barrel to dine in u get good service and being franchise, shouldn't the food taste similar if not the same as the other cracker barrel s that tast the same? Not really a good vibe from server when she did come to finally be a server.
I had the chicken and dumplings and they were just like my grandama used to make. When I left my tummy was warm and happy! The waiter was on point too. My experience was Totally Awesome! If I could go them 10 stars I would
If I could give less stars I would. Was there at 9 PM on a not very busy Friday, waited for more than 5 minutes while 4 waitstaff looked at us at the hostess podium. Not a single one of them said hello or someone will be right with you. We were ignored the entire time. Left and called to talk to a manager about the experience and after 8 minutes on hold, she hung up on my husband he told her what happened. Ended up at IHOP around the corner.much better experience.
Always good except for today. I always get the same platter so i know what to expect. Today, My eggs came to my table cold and my ham tasted spoiled. My waiter was awesome on the other hand and took care of the problem.
Always great food. Wide selection of home cooked style meals. Very reasonable prices and you never know what you'll find in the store.
The very definition of mediocrity. Not priced nearly as well as they seem to like to brag about either. Not a good experience.
