One of the best phone repair stores in Houston. Quickest repair I've ever experienced with best prices all over. Really helpful people out there with best collections of cases. It just took them 30 minutes to fix my cracked up Samsung A11. My phone looks brand new and functions superb as before. Thank you guys for you work I really appreciate it. Definitely recommended.

I had the glass on my phone replaced and all seemed well when I left. I went home and added a tempered glass cover to protect it. Days later, as I was leaving the house, I grabbed my phone and slid it into my back pocket (like I always do), and walked to my car. I removed my phone from my pocket before getting in. When I went to plug it into the car charger I noticed a crack. After a quick examination I thought it was the tempered glass, but it's not! The crack has grown and spread across the screen! The phone hasn't been dropped, sat on, roughly handled or anything! It actually looks worse than it did when it took it in to be fixed.

Horrible! Me and my grandfather went to get a new phone open cause we couldn't figure it so we thought these people could be some help? Absolutely not! Lol they had no clue or was just trying to make money off of us! Thankfully we moved on to the next phone place and they did it just fine and free of charge! Do not come here lol sorry

They are fairly cheap if u want a quick and affordable repair however I came 15 min before store closing and the store was closed early! This the 2nd time they closed it early so I will be reaching out to the owner tomorrow to inform of his early closings.if the person who fixes the phone is the owner, u will be hearing from me. Also u need to change your store times because that’s false advertising

I literally called every repair shop in my local unfortunate area and 225 front another 200 for glass in back on a s max.yea right! Took myself to my city on Christmas Eve and had my broken screen front and back fixed in less than 2hrs and for 150! Know I can always count on H-town to come thru thanks!

They have changed my cracked iphone screen. They know what they are doing, but the screen quality is very low. It is true that their price is affordable which explains the bad quality. I had to go to apple store to change the screen they fixed.

CrackMend has a great prices on used phones. I bought a used iPhone and Samsung to send it to my country. Both phones are working perfectly fine now and Will return soon for more phones.

Zee was awesome! Price was lower than the other four places I called. Complete repair - front screen replacement and back glass for a Galaxy S7. Service was quick and the phone was ready when I returned. Best price in the area! Bought iPhone 7 PreOwned at amazing price. Phone is in very good condition and works like new. Why buy a new one when u get used for half the price. Highly recommend to buy certified used phones from CrackMend instead of new or refurbish phones.
