Thank you for all the good attention you gave us. Now my baby has a round head and I am very happy for that achievement. Thank you very much God bless you always and continue helping many babies and mothers to fulfill their babies' dream of having a round head

Initially, as a father, I was extremely skeptical and viewed it solely as a money-making gimmick. However, I must admit that it does indeed work, and for that, I am grateful. Thank you for this amazing technology that has made a significant difference within four months! #Docband #14weeks

We got the helmet and did the bi-weekly appointments. We passed on doing the 2nd bands. Never once did I have a great experience. They sell via playing on a mother’s fears, and I would recommend exploring other options.

Thanks, Cranial Tech Team, for being extremely informative and caring! Like most parents, I was extremely nervous about starting this process because of all the negative reviews. I decided to go forward with the treatment to avoid having any regrets in the future. I am so glad we moved forward with the process because my babys head is nice and round! The staff was extremely sweet and understanding. My insurance did not cover the helmet, so in total, we paid 1,800. This company provides financing options and payment plans for those who need it. And yes, it is time sensitive, so make sure you communicate your concerns with your pediatrician asap. Thank you to all the physical therapists, occupational therapists, and techs for being so caring throughout this process.

Our pediatrician referred our twins to this company. We came for evaluation and submitted our insurance get a price quote. They quote $1000ish for baby A and $500ish for baby B. I have asked several times if the quotes is correct and why there’s the difference in prices. More than once multiple people in their billing department assured me that it was correct quote and I’m only responsible so that amount. So we agreed to proceed with the process and have monthly payment plan. At the end of whole 16 weeks process and thought we finish, they sent us another bill of $569 and stated that insurance didn’t reimburse all, therefore I have to pay this balance now or threaten that they will send to collection agency. I called to billing department asking for explanation and discount. None was provided except stating that I HAVE TO PAY AND ITS NOT THEIR FAULT INSURANCE DIDN’T COVER AS THEIR CLAIM.
This is a shady business and there’s absolutely ZERO Transparency in prices.
Go with them as you wish but be advice to call insurance on your own to clarify the actual out of pocket price before making decision.

Our pediatrician said our infant old had a ‘flat head’ and referred us to this company and their expensive helmet. My wife was scared by the warnings of potential deformity implied by the salespeople at the company. I was sent spect of the pseudo medical pitch but relented to the cost and unsightly (unhealthy?) helmet/band on our child. I

I subsequently learned this company has gone through a series of private equity owners and wines and fines pediatricians for ‘education’ of their products. Shame on the company and the doctors accepting the payola. Avoid!

My son had a helmet from cranial technologies for 3 months. His head shape changed DRASTICALLY! We are very very happy with the results! I’m so happy we went with this option for the helmet:)

2020 called, they want their covid masks back.

It's 2023 and this office requires anyone over the age of 2 to wear a mask. How about no?

First, masks DO NOT WORK. That's what THE SCIENCE tells us.

Second, most people that actually use masks re-use dirty masks. It is absurd and discrediting when a health business requires patients and guests to do something that has been proven ineffective.
