Flaco (Fateh) is the best! My AC was having some issues that would not blowing cold air. Flaco fixed it within few hours and got my car back right away! He gave me a huge discount which I really appreciate it so much. He is very helpful and very generous person. Please do not hesitate to contact Flaco if you have any car issues or need help with cars. You name it! Their shop is open from 10am to 8pm. Flaco you are the best!

I had a great experience at Crank Auto Shop. I took my Toyota Tacoma that was misfiring & they were able to rule out and narrow in on what possibly was causing my Tacoma to misfire. Even though Crank Auto Repair did not do the work on my Tacoma they were able to help me identify the issue & get me a better deal at Toyota. I would have preferred to take my Tacoma in to Crank but was not able to transport it to them from Toyota South Austin. I will definitely be coming back to Crank Auto Shop for any mechanical needs on my vehicles. Very knowledgeable & trustworthy!

Had issues with my 2014 Nissan Frontier. Used a different mechanic several times before the truck finally lost all momentum on I-35, I sat defeated on the side of the road. A buddy recommended Crank Auto Repair so I had the truck towed to there. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced & they worked within my budget best they could. The truck was ready in a couple of days & I’ve had no issues since. Highly recommend these mechanics. Hard working, determined, fair people that I’ll be using going forward for all maintenance & repairs on my vehicle.

I was very satified with the service. They were quick to diagnose the problem at a discounted price got our church van back on the road quickly!

Once again, Cranks came through for me after my car was broken into. They ordered new glass over the weekend and stayed late on Monday to get my window fixed in a day. Vacuumed the glass and everything. So grateful for these guys!

Fateh’s honesty saved me 5K. He could’ve charged me to swap out an engine, but instead he referred me to the manufacturers extended warranty program. He even coached me on how to approach the manufacturer, and they ended up replacing the engine for free.

You hope that every mechanic has that type of integrity, but they don’t. I will not be bringing my vehicles anywhere else.

They did a great job at fixing my 1984 z31, they told me exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix the problem all under a day, definitely coming back if I ever have another problem.

I got work done here at half the cost as other local shops. They do great work at a great price I’d HIGHLY recommend them

This was the best auto mechanic I’ve gone to thus far in Austin! I recently moved from Indiana and have been looking for a new mechanic and I definitely found one in this business! They were so professional and kind. The owner even stayed past closing time to fix my car and he charged me a VERY good price compared to other mechanics in the area. I will definitely be going back!
