Crash Champions, specifically this location from my experience, was great! I worked with Lam, and he was we very communicative. Asked me what to look for and was reachable anytime I had questions or concerns. The result was beautiful body work and my truck restored to even better condition than it was before my accident. I highly recommend Crash Champions and Lam!

Great experience from the moment I dropped off the car to when I picked it up. They were very prompt and kept me informed throughout the process. Great customer service. I give them 5 stars

I booked here for repair through my insurance and I'm really glad I did. Everything from start to finish was made easy by my repair planner Lam Vu. He was really helpful and explained everything clearly. The work was done fast and the work done looks great. I would highly recommend this place and would come back here for any work needing done again even if it's not through my insurance company.

Had 2 misadventures that needed repair & this shop was in network with progressive. 1st time needed a new door.since it was a 2022 car, i had to wait extra due to shipping delays from covid.once received they said they’ll call me. NEVER DID.i had to call them & inquire about it since no new updates happened.the front desk lady told me it’s been there for a week.when i asked why no one bothered to follow up since i recalled SHE was the one that said they’ll call, she stayed silent.after weeks, repair team finished the job flawlessly. 2nd time (1 year later) had sadly to come back for a different instance & it seems everything was running pretty smoothly.however communication from the shop still was atrocious.a lot of promised call backs but NOTHING.no updates from their “tracker repair” for each job.had to call EVERY TIME to ask about new details.i was never given a promise date unlike last time which is understandable.great work takes great patience.but a simple voicemail or email, text SOMETHING so i wouldn’t be calling so much. Gary handled both jobs & he was great & had all the answers to my question with a professional manner.there was a couple of instances where i was told it’ll be ready when it WASN’T.had to cancel & reschedule a lot of errands due to all the delays.then when finally ready for pick up, there was an issue that i noticed.thankfully manager Javier was there to quickly address & offer solutions for the inconvenience.however, when it came to the SAME FRONT DESK lady that handled all the communications between us, it sucked so bad.she cannot do anything to save her life.despite the issue during pickup, i was still very satisfied with everybody ELSES empathy for my concerns.sophia, gary, liam, javier were all great associates except the other little girl.great place!

Great service! If you can, ask for Lam, he was very helpful and goes out of his way to explain the process and what to expect. He will explain and outline all your options, not like other place. Great service!

I wanted to give a shout out to Lam, the service advisor. He was so helpful with walking me through the process, and kept me updated throughout the processed. Lam was honest and transparent about what cannot be done and made sure to let me know ahead of time the parts that were delayed. Ask for Lam, the service advisor if you swing by this location!

I had three estimates done to get my hood painted on my truck decided to go back to service King I got lucky that day the guy that took care of me his name it is Lam, he walked me through the details told me to take 3 days he kept his word. Also I want to thank the guys who painted my hood my truck looks fantastic I will definitely go back to service King if you do go to service King ask for the Lam.
