Useless company with useless service managers. I got in a single vehicle crash with minor damages and was recommended crash champions. They originally told me 3 weeks to fix the vehicle. I had to call the day of the pickup to see the status of my vehicle and they told me they had done no work on it and told me another 2-3 weeks. Again I had to call to get updates on my car and they would give me vague answers. They ordered one part 4 times and kept getting the wrong one according to them and they told me I had to order it or take my car to another shop. 6 months later I finally recieved my car however there were still visible damages and I have a "tire pressure monitor system" problem now (most of the damages were to my front left wheel). Useless company do not take your car here for repairs they will constantly lie to you. Before they reply with their "lifetime warranty" and "satisfaction guarantee" I have no faith that you will fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time.

UPDATE:
My car showed it had a tire pressure monitor problem so I took it to a Honda dealership in Canada to fix it. They said that the sensor was completely hollow and not installed correctly. Makes me question the rest of the work they did on my vehicle. Absolutely useless company

So far so good. Repair staff obviously messes with your personal belongings inside the car. They jacked with my dash cam and covered it up I wonder what for do they need to mess with it? Are they hiding something? ***UPDATE*** went to pick up my car and they did terrible work. My car is worse now then when it went in. Paint drip, didn't fix my rear light, and have this big goofy bulge were they force force fit my panels together. They also got paint (over spray) on another undamaged part of my car and ruined the panel trying to get the paint off! Highly recommend you AVOID this place! H

Contacting Service King was a complete waste of time! I will not be using or recommend anyone use this company. I recently purchased a used vehicle that had some scuffs and minor paint blemishes on the front bumper. I wanted to have the bumper repainted. So, I contacted Service King to get an estimate. I called and explained the situation to the Service King representative and I explained that I would like to have the bumper repainted. The representative stated they could help with that and asked if I would be filing an insurance claim or paying out of pocket. I explained that I would be paying out of pocket for the work. The representative set the appointment and sent me a confirmation via text. Upon arriving for the appointment, the desk clerk stated that they had completed all of their appointments for the day and didn’t have anymore appointments. When she was asked to double check, because I had a confirmation showing that I had an appointment at that time, she then stated that she had in fact found the appointment in the system. It was again explained that I would like the bumper repainted and had booked the appointment for an estimate. The clerk then stated that Service King does not paint vehicles, nor do they accept payment out of pocket, and will only do work through insurance companies. If you didn’t want my business or money Service King, you could have just told me. You didn’t have to waste my time and gas to travel out of my way for a useless appointment.

It has been 8 months and they still haven’t finished our car that crashed and it wasn’t even totaled. You call and if they happen to answer they give you a different story about it every time.

2023 update: still missing my spare tire and never received a call after 4 years. Avoid this business at all costs.

I was hit back in 2019 and was referred here through the other party’s insurance and am still dealing with the repercussions of the poor service over a year later. I took my car in three additional times after initial pick up because of their lack of thoroughness and professionalism. Among other things, I had several issues that they completely missed the mark on such as their failure to replace the pinstripes and weather strip on the side of the car that was damaged. They also initially didn’t calibrate the keyless remote entry on that side and when I asked them about it, they tried to tell me that the battery in my remote was getting old, even though keyless entry worked 100% fine on the other side. To this day, I am still having issues with my backup camera (sometimes the screen will just go black), and when I addressed the issue with them, they claimed it wasn’t their fault and they didn’t touch the wiring, although they had to because I have a blind spot camera on the right side of the car. My car had been 4 years old at that point and I had NEVER ONCE had issues with the wiring or cameras, and they tried to play it off as just coincidence. Each time I brought the car in for them to fix a mistake that THEY made, I never once received an apology from any employee. I was never confrontational or angry with them. To top it all off, recently I was getting my tires changed and noticed that my spare tire was missing from the trunk. I called Service King because I knew it had been in there before I took it in and had just never thought to check for a spare until over a year later, when I was looking for my tire locks. I asked to speak to a manager and the employee told me he was not available (which has happened each time I’ve called) and he tried to look up my information but claimed he could not find my file. He asked for my name and number and said he would return my call, and I have still not received a call. That was 4 months ago, and I still don’t have my spare tire. This place is not worth the trouble and the headache.

So far so good haven't got my car back yet from an insurance claim but they were helpful and friendly will update when work is completed

I took a little bit to think of what I wanted to say. I gave the rating that I did mainly because communication in the beginning wasn't that great. It wasn't until close to the end of the project that it got better. The initial project was a frame swap and front end repair on my 2012 ram 1500 pick up. And I really do have to give it to service king, this was a difficult project from the beginning and they took it on to get me my truck back. Took about 3 1/2 months to complete because it took a while to find my truck frame which is no fault on service king. Parts are hard to come by now a days and I'm also a mechanic myself so I understand.
There were a few mechanical issues that arose once I got the truck back but service king was VERY QUICK to address the issues. I am overall satisfied with the repairs done to my truck so I'd like to extend a THANK YOU to them for making it possible to bring my truck home. Please work on your communication in the future. And I'd like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Debbie for staying in touch with me and making sure the repairs were done right. And Eric for the outstanding job on the body work. I know that wasn't an easy task.
