Crave Kitchen & Bar, El Paso TX

Waited 15 minutes for server to ask me for my drink order, I left after waiting 35 minutes just for appetizer. Service is the worst I’ve seen in El Paso.

STAFF NOT WEARING MASKS. NASTY PLACE. I DONT KNOW WHY THE CITY OF EL PASO TX DONT CLOSE THIS PLACE. DISHES DIRTY. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. BY THE WAY I DIDNT EAT THE FOOD THAT I ORDERED

I have been in this location and the employee Steve was very rude and did not want to take my order till I gave him a credit card and I go there almost every week and they never ask for a credit for to go orders, very unprofessional.

My favs here are the turkey and brie sandwich and the sweet potato fries! Always friendly service!

Waitress was good, but nobody washed the spinach or looked through it before they served my tuna ceviche salad bowl. Looks like I got the old bag of spring mix, lots of old stems and mush. I wouldn't serve it to my family.

Food is good but the service and time to get food sucks. 30min to get a salad during a lunch hour.

Horrible place when you call to order take out they treat you like trash and without enthusiasm, the customer service sucks it is not the first time I have to talk to the manager of this place

Food and service are wonderful! If you're looking for a brunch or dinner joint, Crave is your go to! I highly recommend the Ribeye tacos.

Great food and drinks, no complaints there. But it does take quite a bit of time to get the check.

Don't! Waited nearly an hour in a restaurant by myself just to get overpriced, mediocre food and coffee.

The place was sooo dirty I didn’t feel like ordering food. My friends ordered the tuna ceviche and it came with a hair in it. Shame, I liked their burgers. I won’t be back.

Ordered the Ahi Tuna Sandwich and it was delicious! Great taste and good presentation. They were out of their signature Watermelon Margarita (as always), but their Cucumber Margarita was awesome!

Even though the restaurant was somewhat empty, the temperature inside was very hot. I asked our server about it and she claimed that they had just adjusted the temperature but it didn't get any better. Should have chosen to eat outside in the patio.

So sad to say that the Crave on Cincinnati gave me such bad service today. I love Crave's burgers and salads, and was really looking forward to have lunch with my daughter. Unfortunately, I ended up with no food. The server came after 50 min! To tell us that they had given my order (Salad) to the lady one table next to us, but that my daughter's burger was ready. I think she apologized for the mix up and for not bringing my food. She offered to box it up, but it was time for me to go. Though it is understandable to make mistakes- I feel that one should have been on her radar. At least after the first 30 min. Or send the manager to apologize or something. But alas! I didn't get to eat: (

Crave is a restaurant you can count on for an amazing dining experience every time. The Mahi Mahi Tacos were superb. I can’t skip the Green Chile Mac & Cheese, it’s a must. The mixed drinks were perfect. It’s a restaurant I bring my out of town friends to knowing it’ll be a hit!
