Crawfish ATX

Service here always sucks. Two stars because the boils are decent. Forget their entrees though. Staff is rude, inefficient and slow af. Also they never answer their phone. Plenty of better places to eat so save your money and go elsewhere.

The crawfish was AMAZING. We definitely found our new go to place. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of how rude the bartender was. She made the first part of our visit extremely unpleasant. Luckily, our waiter Angel was absolutely amazing and made the rest of our experience a wonderful one.

I had a great experience. I went with my daughter. We ponies up to the bar and ate a dozen oysters, snow crab and blackened catfish. It was all delicious.

We always get the spicy crawfish and spicy shrimp food is excellent and price is very good compared to other restaurants

Great staff and great quality of seafood. The manager, Dee is great as well as the waiters/bartender. I’ve tried other places but keep coming back here. Thought LA Crawfish was gonna be better when they opened but I don’t go there anymore. Always find myself coming to this joint.

Food is good, but the service is HORRIBLE. And don’t go with any work uniform, because the bartender manager ask for free stuff.

Food is disappointing! The service has gotten better but some of the staff (like the kid seating people) need an attitude adjustment! Abby's Crab Shack is by far superior in food and services. Why pay the same price for food at Crawfish Shack and have food that is not pleasing to eat? Goodbye Crawfish Shack, Abby's will be taking my $ from here on out!

I came in this evening Sat the bar. I got the Cajun egg rolls and 3 lbs of crawfish. Omg so delicious. The bartenders took great care of me. Very nice. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.

My friend ordered turkey necks, the crawfish boil is good, I never get anything else.but the place was packed on sunday.try a week day.

Ust walked out of this place because the bar refused to serve me after I ordered a beer. Been to this place tons but if you are just going to ignore me after ordering a beer. OUT!

been in sales since '86. If you're not selling what your place has to offer, you're suffering and not maximizing what your company goal should be. Just because you're behind the bar, don't think you should not be selling what your spot is offering to maximize the dollars to grab from the consumer. Sell, sell, sell until we say stop. Been looking for a great crawfish place in Austin and this one is definitely it! Great flavor and the spicy levels they offer are just right, not over priced like many other places as well. Definitely happy I came here

I called the restaurant over & over & over again and let it ring for minutes & no one answered

Overall is was good. Boiled snow crab and crawfish had an excellent flavor and just the right amount of spice. Service was good and waitress was friendly. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is price. Definitely had similar quality/quantity for much less money.

The service was slow, and the food was ok. They were out of oysters which was a shame. I probably wouldn't give it another try again for a while.

Food was really great. Don't get blue crab if you don't know what your doing lol snow crab was excellent! Great service from Angel!
