Hot GARBAGE of a police force. Beating and SMASHING a man's face into the concrete. Three officers. One tied up man without shoes. Disgusting use of force. All THREE officers need to be immediately fired and charged.

They smash disabled peoples heads into the concrete for no good reason. Until these three officers are not only fired, but tried and convicted in a court of law there is no justice and no honor amongst the boys in blue.
