I love the ice cream here. It's made fresh, and it's so creamy. Sea salt Caramel is my favorite.

The icecream comes out all stringy and tastes strange. The add all extras to it I guess that's to hide the fact that their vanilla is terrible. And it was $8 for a small. Don't bother. Much better icecream at just about any other place

Very good ice cream! Pricey for the size. Family of four ordered three regular sized cups, and the tab was slightly over $30, then tip. It was worth the experience! Kids loved to see how the ice cream was made!

Very cool place and great tasting ice cream. Just be prepared to spend more money than regular ice cream shop.

The super creamy good quality ice creams are prepared at the moment, everything is very delicious, you can create your own ice cream or milkshake.

Worse customer service ever. Employees on their phones with Ice creams waiting in line to be made, the girl that takes the order don’t ask for size, don’t offer add on, don’t give extra options and forgets to put everything that is being order. A lot of people wait ring in line and walking away after waiting and seeing employees on their phones doing nothing. It’s unacceptable.

We came here on a Sunday evening and waited 45 minutes for three scoops! The ice cream is fine, it tastes like ice cream. Certainly nothing special.

There were three families in front of us, so we were not anticipating a long wait. Staff moves at a glacial pace and it seems like each time you order a cup they make the ice cream to order, which is an interesting concept but terrible in practice as it slows the entire process. There is a Freddy’s in the same parking lot. Save yourself the time and money and just go there.

Slow and not very friendly service. It is Mother's Day, but the employees could be a little more gracious and thoughtful.

We loved our ice cream at this Creamistry location! I ordered the Strawberry Bond (strawberries and cheesecake ice cream mix) which was delicious. The ice cream bowl (rather than the cone or large) was just the perfect size as my ice cream was thick and creamy.

I had heard a lot of good things about this place and decided to check it out. We stood in line for more than 15 mins to reach the counter to place our order and as soon as I was about to order we were told to wait a little longer to have our order taken while they caught up with the orders they were behind on. We decided to wait since we were already at the counter. The wait was even longer than the one before and the crew members didn’t seem to care about the long line of people waiting to be served. The staff seemed to get annoyed every time someone new would walk in, a girl even rolled her eyes to another employee and complained they were backed up and more people kept coming in. The staff was not welcoming and never heard the staff greet people when they walked in while I waited in line for over 30 mins. This place lacks customer service, initiative, team work, and good energy. This place is not worth the waiting time.

The ice cream was nice but it was really dirty in the store which was a turn off to return again. It’s such a good idea I just wish it was more clean inside.

They're were training new employees and my order wasn't made consistent. First scoop was right but the second was waayyyyy to thick even hard to consume, the half my large order in the trash

I recently visited Creamistry's Ice Cream in Katy, Texas and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by friendly staff who were more than happy to assist me with my order.

The menu had an impressive range of flavors and toppings to choose from. I was blown away by the sheer variety and creativity that went into their offerings. From classic flavors like chocolate and vanilla to more exotic ones like lavender and black sesame, there was something for everyone.

I decided to go with the Oreo cookies and cream flavor and I was not disappointed. The ice cream was creamy, rich and had just the right amount of sweetness. The crushed Oreos added a nice crunch and complemented the ice cream perfectly.

But what really sets Creamistry's Ice Cream apart is the fact that they use liquid nitrogen to freeze the ice cream right in front of you. This not only creates a unique visual experience but also ensures that the ice cream is fresh and has a smooth texture.

The portions were generous and I appreciated the fact that I could customize my order with different toppings such as fresh fruits, nuts, and candy. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of ice cream you get.

The ice cream is great, no problem there. The place is filthy however. The trash cans smell like sour milk, empty ice cream cups left around the dining area, none of the chairs or counter tops had been wiped down for weeks, and the Christmas decor is still up. Merry Christmas!
