Create A Cig - Fort Hood St, Killeen TX

I'd like to say first off that this is my opinion.
I am going to comment on a few review's that are listed below.
Also, my experience with create a cigs customer service and product's.
I am very blunt so not going to stop now.

1. Regarding review's.
I noticed that a few people have said they are shopping at other ecig shop's due to over prices, lack of stock or misinformation.
My thoughts on this matter is;
I've vaped for over 6 years now started in Vermont, moved to new Jersey now here in texas.
I've seen it all and tried most of everything.
The shops mentioned in the reviews I've visited and ordered from. 2 of them over priced juices, and will not up nicotine levels, or lie and say they did but you'll notice an extreme craving after using their juices, have an extremely limited selection and only go up to very low mg of nicotine.
But, at create a cig, they have a great selection of juices that they RAISE the nicotine levels for their buyers to meet the needs.
Next comment I noticed was trying to upsale cause the buyer broke what they paid for and that they didn't have what was needed to replace or fix it.
Umm last time I checked if you as a buyer BUY something, leave the store or business.it's on you what happens after that point. If the business cant FIX WHAT YOU BROKE then you'll need to buy something new.
Now, if every business just fixed everything how will they stay in business?
Think about taking better care of your purchases.
Last thoughts on these comments.
I think it is pretty shady of people to post other businesses information under the same type of business.
It's extremely rude, can be seen as fake post made by other businesses to take business away from honest hard working people.
So, take the reviews you read with a grain of salt.

Now, my review:
I've tried many shops here in cove.
I am extremely pleased with the service, selection, discounts and deals I always get from create a cig.
I stopped using my ecig for a lil bit over a year, sent my husband Angel in other night to order juice for me.
They remembered us!
So, a regular order turned into a bigger order.just because I love it when people remember you.
I love it when you are gone for a while and walk into a clean well stocked shop and they remembered you for your orders before and even what you liked.
How many other places do that?

I dont care if a rig or mod costs 1.00 or a million dollars.
For that level of service, dedication and loyalty I'd willingly pay it all.

Thanks again guys for the yummy juice, the incense stick's, holder, mod heads etc.
I'm so happy with everything and I cant wait for payday to go back!

Everyone here is really rude got a vape they wouldn’t help me set it up worst customer service never will be going here again.

Buyers beware.during sales they will charge you FULL PRICE for items and wont issue out a refund of your money. They need to be more careful about what they are doing. And make sure they adhere to the sales that are posted or either dont have a sale!

This create a cig location is the worst.
They rude, they don't tell you about any deals, and when you walk in they don't greet you or anything! I will only be going to the Lowe's location one from now on.
Would give 0 stars if I could!

They always remember me and greet me when I walk in. They carry a great selection of e-juice and other items which I am looking for.

I am new to Texas as I used to live in Berlin Germany, I came into this business looking for a nice device to get me off of the cigarillos I smoke daily that my wife hates and I was greeted by a young girl or boy named tommie who was pushing me to get me to buy a almost $100 USD devise called a legend or something which I wasn’t fond of because it was a little too much to get it and batteries which she said were $35 USD for 2 and I would need 4 if I wanted to use this device all the time. I am new to all of this and I was told I can get a small one for around $80 USD as I am still trying to get used to US currency. I said I wanted to try the device with a wolf on it because it was around the range I wanted and it had looked very nice and she said she doesn’t like the inside batterie because it would die very fast and kept going to the more expensive device. I ended up leaving because I felt very uncomfortable and ended up getting a better experience at a location elsewhere that isn’t Create A Cig. I don’t recommend anyone new to come here as it is a playground of people trying to rip you off and upsell the new users

I was told by an employee that the Lowe’s blvd street create a cig has “a lot of new Orion systems in” upon asking if they did they said they sadly don’t. I don’t like how this stores employees lie to customers to get them to leave but I do like how Lowe’s streets employees are honest and like to work with you and the honesty is what I look forward to so I will no longer shop at fort hood street create a cig and I will make the extra drive for the honesty

My husband has been going here off and on for a while now and hasn't had any problem until recently. He was sold a complete vape system ($30) about 3 days ago and today he accidentally cracked the glass chamber. He went into the store thinking he'd be able to purchase a replacement piece, but was told that theres nothing they can do except sell him a whole new system. He then went to another store nearby where they don't even sell the same rig and they were able to help him get a piece that works perfectly for just $5. Its not the exact match to the system, but it works so my husband will be shopping there now.

I bought a vape over three weeks ago. It was beautiful I'm not gonna lie. It was my first time getting a big set up and it was a very expensive investment. But I was happy. But moments after I got home it started saying check atomizer. So I called up and he informed me I could come up anytime and they would help me troubleshoot it. I waited and tried tinkering with it. After about three attempts over the the weeks to fix this I finally called and spoke to shelby. She was absolutely amazing on the phone and even better in person. Her care for the customers truly shows in her customer service. She took one look at the vape and could tell it was the pin inside and exchanged it for a new one mod. Now I have this even more stunning vape and I just love it. I will always be a loyal customer to this shop, just because of the dedicated staff.

This place is the most comprehensive business for vape supplies. Kratom and other herbals can also be purchased here. I'd highly recommend this business.

I went in and was waited on right away! I am trying to quit smoking and it's been 7 days without a cigarette. I will be visiting often to get my refills and drop the nicotine gradually. I like the service here.

Never had a bad experience here. Used to go to other vape shops until I was told about this place and I’ve been going ever since. Sometimes I need help on something with a vape, or want to discover new flavors, and they’re always so quick to share their knowledge with me, or show me how to change my coil when I was first learning (for example).

They have a large selection of Vap juice. However, it is significantly overpriced. Which doesn’t make sense. If you”re new to vaping or unfamiliar with regular price for certain juices, you will end up paying about $5 more at this place. Their brand Vap juice is called “Just EJuice” and it is terrible! Terrible after taste. Good thing is, they price match.the staff is okay. “7Seasons Vaps” staff is better.

Employees: VERY knowledgeable on vape items. Polite and doesn’t try to swindle you out of money.

Products: a lot of e-juice and mods as well as accessories. House blends are good as well.

Sales: they have percentage off everyday of the week. They also have a point system to get even more percentages off.

Overall very good experience.

Bought defective battery charger and messed up the battery it was charging after 3 hours. Blamed it on my and did not get a replacement. Worse shop in Killeen.

I come into the store at least once a week. While Bill, the manager, seems to be there 24/7. Lol. Great service and very nice and professional people! Thanks Bill!
