Great customer service. Amanda in Bedford was outstanding and gave me all the information I needed to sign my daughter up with a teacher. She is a wonderful first point of contact for Creative Soul. Thanks again Amanda.

I stopped in at this location, and was really impressed with how outgoing and cheerful the front desk lady. She showed me around, the different rooms and explained in detail the different kind of lessons that are offered through the program. I am seriously considering signing up for some voice lessons after the holidays are done.

I am so pleased with Creative Souls Music School in Bedford. Ms. Cherry and Ms Meleah are great. My girl has developed a love for playing piano. After some hiccups, which can happen anywhere, she’s back on track. It’s also such a plus to have this convenient location. A good program they have is if you can’t make it to a class, you get a token which you can reschedule any time later on. That way, you don’t miss out on a class. Give them a try.

Bedford School is such a blessing to be at. The instructors and students are amazing! Everyone works so hard for the musical ladder!

0 stars! It is the worst experience ever! It is basically a scam to collect your money every month and then the teachers cut lessons short, or are unprepared. There is no communication at all and you are constantly promised improvements that do not happen. They also do not deliver any of the promotional items advertised when signing up. They will contact you last minute trying to cancel or reschedule your appointment and then when you try to be flexible and work with them, there is no response. They switch or lose teachers weekly, which makes it very difficult on the student and also tells you everything you need to know about their management.

What a great school for young, aspiring musicians! They’re encouraging and offer a wide range of instrument options as students hone their talents.

This is my daughter’s first recital and she is so ready. The staff is amazing and a big shout out to Miss Alice. She is a wonderful teacher, passionate, patient and dedicated. We love you Miss Alice- Stuti

It has been really great to be part of Creative Soul Music School, our daughter have learn and enjoy every class. The recitals are great opportunity to see others students work. Amazing

My daughter started learning piano this season, and she's having her recital today. She has learned so much and it's so wonderful to she her plays!

Jake is insanely awesome and has taught my daughter Daphne so much. We are gonna miss him but excited to see her journey continue.

They are very attentive to the students and parents. If you have any questions, they are very quick in their responses and always there to help.

My nephew has been participating in this program for several years now. Each recital he gets better. I recommend this program if your child loves music.

This place is really beautiful, I came for my cousins recital and was shocked with the beauty of this church.
