Had a great experience I have done a online application and the process went very smooth. Melissa and Evette are very courteous and friendly no bad vibes. I was taken care of by Melissa this go round and she explain the process very well and have a gift of having pleasant conversation's when she interacts with people almost like we knew each other for awhile and just want to say thank you for coming through. They will help out in reasonable circumstances if they can without wasting you time or there's.

Website said I can walk in and apply for a loan but the lady at the desk said no it's online

Due to the pandemic going on i had lost my job which caused me to fall behind then I got another job doing what I thought was the right thing letting them know as to what was going on and when my new pay days were the manager started calling my job everyday after telling her what my pay days were she wanted me to pay when I didnt have no money because she kept calling everyday at least 6xs back to back i lost my job i was working at a car lot they got tired of her calling so they would answer it and hang up I got the job through a friend and she texts me everyday they are still calling back to back. The manager told me do you not care about your credit I told her at the moment no were dealing with a pandemic Im more worried about feeding my kids.
