3I was used as a reference by a family member who bailed on their loan. Since April I've been receiving harassing voicemails from a rep named "Joey". He calls me repeatedly, this is after I talked to another rep and told them I gave the message to my family member in question about this company asking for them. But unfortunately I am not in contact with said family member any longer after that call. So now the harassing calls continue. I am not a cosigner nor have consented in any way to be listed as a reference. My advice to people who are looking to get a loan here, please let your family members or friends know that you are planning to use their names and numbers. Just know that this company will go after all your references if you miss or stopped paying your loan. Once again since April 2022, I've been getting the repeating calls.
I've been with this location for a couple of years and I have been incredibly satisfied the ladies are professional and friendly I feel like I can come to them in an emergency just when I need them most
DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT go to this place. Horrible service and rude associates. The only form of payment they take is cash, money order or checks. They haven't gotten with the system.wake up it's 2019.they must have paid the other 2 reviews, or it was their own staff. I told someone over the phone that their payment options have been SO inconvenient for myself. A mother of 2, under 2 that moved away from the area. And have to go out of my way monthly just to make a payment. And that it should have not taken over a year just to add taking payments over the phone. And they told me "maybe you should work for the company then" WHAAAAAT.unbelievable. Run. Away.
