8I have been to this branch before to make withdrawals and have been denied due to the amount being too large. Being the courteous customer I am, I decided to call them ahead of time to let them know I would be needing to make a large withdrawal in the next couple of days. I was told very rudely that They might not have the funds until Monday when I told the person I needed the funds by Saturday morning. Very frustrating when these are my funds and they treated me poorly when I have my money with them. I hate to close bank accounts but this might have to happen
I had been a credit human member for a long time but closed my account today due to two rude tellers by the names of Blanca and Ashely (manager) so rude and ugly attitude. Started having issues with them. One person cashed our check then other tellers tell me different. I’m sick of ppl like Blanca and Ashley. That Ashley as a so called manager doesn’t act like a professional teller. She Doesn’t know anything. My daughter & other family members and friends are thinking of closing their accounts too. Sorry
I tried to get a large cash withdrawal and they denied me even though I had the funds. They said they had the cash in the back but they also had it in the other clerks drawer who was helping someone already. So instead of getting it from the back they wanted me to wait on the dude who was depositing a large amount of one's that had to be counted. Employee convenience comes first over customers needs at this branch.
Seriously inept institution. Slow as molasses in January in Maine, customer service should be renamed customer disservice. They’re not even local, located overseas in some other country and have zero knowledge base, just reading scripts and going in circles while accomplishing nothing to help customers, just wasting their time. I’ll be refinancing ASAP, had I known this was what I was getting into when buying a vehicle, I’d have NEVER taken them on!
ZEROStars- Lynette Williams in Customer service San Antonio is the most unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate, insensitive, incompetent person I have dealt with at this institution. I have reported her poor behavior to her supervisor Liz Zuniga who is very customer service oriented, Liz is helpful. Lynette does not deserve to be on Liz's team based on her poor performance.

I have tried for days to call this place on new car finance. The phone line cuts me off. E V E R Y S I N G L E T I M E! I need to pay my loan but cannot get thru. I have tried to set up online with no success.
Avoid this financial institution. They promote unethical customer service practices. Had an auto loan that was paid off through them and was guaranteed to have a refund on the GAP protection within 2 days. Over a week later I still did not have the refund in my account, so I contacted them. Instead of honoring this, they decided that they were not going to give me the refund.
I'm certainly glad I do not have a checking account with them. With such poor practices, they probably make their customers responsible for fraudulent charges. Steer clear of them!
I just use the drive thru to make payments on our truck. Thank goodness it will be paid off in August Other than that great customer service and keep up the good work
