Credit Union of Texas, Wylie TX

Called this bank to speak to a person about my business banking g needs. After speaking to to "Boozy Bethany" the automated bot receptionist I was never given an option to speak to a live person or banker. I had to enter a random number several times to finally glitch the the system enough to finally transfer me to a live person that had a name that was hard to understand, in a call center. I explained that I am looking to move my business accounts to a bank with better customer service than my current bank. And told her thay I had been on hold for over 8 minutes and would like to speak to a banker, to which she could not connect me to. I'd call this a major fail for TXCU.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely difficult to close out my account. My 20$ fee turned into a negative 1$ balance. I tried paying them in coins and they directed me to the coin counter. I had to get out money from the ATM so the 5$ I took out cost me 10$ because of fees. My name was spelled wrong on the account. The people there either don't wanna work or treat you that way. Never using this banking institution again. STICK TO CHASE WELLS FARGO OF BOA. MAYBE EVEN CHIME AT THIS POINT.

Lost $150 with this account and no one at the bank seems to care do not use this bank go somewhere else

Steer clear of this place. They will say anything to get an account. Poor customer service.
