It’s pretty bold to call this place a park. It’s just a small field right on a six-lane arterial road. It’s very unpleasant to be here and there’s nothing to do. There’s also very little tree cover.

It's not even a park. It's just a field that the city put a sign on calling it a park like so many others so they can claim to have dozens of parks.
Literally, there's no place to park, and nothing to do here. If you even want to see this place you have to park on a busy six-lane road, or cross that six-lane road to get to it. And when you get to it, there's not even a place to sit.
