I’m very happy with my experience here! They offer extended hours, so I was able to get in and out quickly without missing work. Suzanne & Ashleigh at the front desk were extremely friendly, Beverly the hygienist made me laugh even at 7AM, & Dr. Jenkins made me feel safe & well taken care of. Feels like family!

The staff was so polite! It was my first time going to Creekside Dental today and I was blown away with their kindness and customer service. Each staff member I spoke to was polite, thoughtful, and so sweet. I’m bringing the rest of my family back next week! 10/10 would recommend!

I went to Creekside Family Dental to get 2 fillings. I did not really want to go because of my past dealings from my youth but I had already confirmed. I went and they were done by laser. No shot, no numb mouth, no numb tongue and best of all no pain! It was done in a matter of about 15 minutes. I cannot tell you what a difference it was! I hope if you need to get fillings especially children you will consider getting them done at Creekside Dental by laser, you will not be disappointed. Dr Gonzalez And the entire staff are fantastic!

Haven't been back and afraid to go honestly. Last time I went in they dental assistant burned my mouth and wasn't all to concerned with making it stop or why it happened to begin with. Not to mention my dentist no longer works there so they want me to continue with another dentist and I'm not sure if I can trust coming back after my last experience.

I have been coming here for 10+ years and am never disappointed! The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Today was the first day I have had Dr. Jenkins as my dentist and she could not have been any better! She made feel so comfortable after finding out I needed a few filings today. The new laser machine Dr. Jenkins and Maggie used for my filling was SO comforting not having to be numbed or having to feel ANY pain. Definitely a 10/10 experience once again! Thank you Dr. Jenkins, Maggie, and Dr. Sanders for always making my dentist visit always so warm and welcoming.

I had a great experience today at Creekside family dentist. Dr Jenkins and her staff made me feel comfortable, I'll look forward to the next visit.

The staff was excellent and the Dr and nurse finished quickly and effectively. However, there was a miscommunication between the # of fillings. Not to a point where they were awful, but it was a minor annoyance.

Suzanne the receptionist was very friendly and professional! Beverly did a great job cleaning, was thorough but gentle. Austin did a great job laser whitening my teeth. If you are looking for a good Dentist with phenomenal staff, you have to go to this amazing place.

AMAZING! First time visiting this dental office. Had a bad experience before with another dental office and was so scared to get my teeth cleaned. Front desk, dental assistant & doctors there are great! They listen to you and take there time. I love this place

Absolutely amazing! I want to thank Dr Sanders & Dr Jenkins at Creekside Dental! I had a tooth chip, i called into the office & they were able to get me in the next day! I trust this staff so much that i drive over an hour for them to do my dental work! Dr Sanders & Dr Jenkins are AWESOME! Dr Jenkins made me feel so at ease & comfortable! She’s so good! The staff, Dr Sanders, & Dr Jenkins are a class act!

Absolutely amazing! I had a tooth chip off unexpectedly and the staff got me in the next day. Everyone there is so sweet and very professional. They reassured me everything would be alright and my comfort was their priority! Dr. Sanders and Dr. Jenkins are awesome! Dr. Jenkins make me feel so at ease and did a wonderful job repairing my tooth! I trust these doctors and this staff so much that I drive over an hour just to come to Creekside to see these dentists!

I love this office! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! They are also very accommodating when you have a crazy schedule. Dr Sanders and Dr Patel are both wonderful dentists! I would highly recommend Creekside Family Dental!

My experience at this dentist was not good at all. I would highly recommend going to a different dentist. I was very disappointed because at first I thought they were nice. However when I had a complaint and asked to speak with the owner, I have yet to speak to him. I also want to add the front office lady or manager was very rude to me. I feel like it was because I was black. If you look down on the other reviews you will see another person wrote a similar review about 9 months ago. It appears to be a pattern of this behavior from the same office person. My husband finally got to speak with the staff after the first part of this message was posted and the dentist was in agreement with the office lady treating me unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all. If you have a complaint or concern, I feel Their treatment of you completely changes.

Amazing staff came in for a quick check up and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Dr. Patel was very informative as well as the front staff, this visit was such a pleasure I brought my kids for their visits. Very clean and friendly office would highly recommend to everyone.

Everyone was so friendly and thorough! The scheduling process was easy and everyone that I came in contact with was great and very knowledgeable. I’ll be back!

I am addressing the response made to my wife. After each visit, my wife left in worse condition than she went in. Our situation escalated only when we asked for some accountability. As soon as our benefits dried out, we were kicked to the curb and treated very unprofessionally. Almost as unprofessional as this owners inability to own their mistakes. Every negative response on here has been put back on the patient in a way that is both condescending and disrespectful (unprofessional). Regardless of whether or not you believe my wife was discriminated against, she felt that she was. It was wrong for any of your staff to address my wife by anything other than her name. Additionally, just because you have people of color within your organization does not mean there is no bias. My wife didn't have an "attitude" until she asked for some accountability and her calls went ignored. There is a difference between being dissatisfied and having an attitude. The fact we're arguing this says alot about this institution and its core values. It's a shame that the system is setup to where people like those at Creekside can exhaust a person's benefits (with no relief), talk to people any kind of way, and then ridicule publicly as if they have no flaws. I know its against policy, but I believe an apology from you (the owner) and the head of your nursing staff is in order. It's ok to do the right thing

Office staff very friendly. Always with a smile on their faces. Austin has done such and amazing job with my son's Ortho and has answered all of our questions. BEST decision I have made!

Dr. Patel and his staff were amazing with my 10-year old. They made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way and ensured her comfort. I highly recommend them for adults and children.

Everyone was very friendly and thorough explaining what they were doing along the way! I definitely recommend this group. I'm always nervous going into the dentist, but they made me feel at ease. Greatly appreciated!
