Lot rent is RIDICULOUS You can't drink the water. Or don't want to anyway. You get boil noticea AT LEAST 6-8 times annually. Rent goes up annually and not just a little. Significantly. You get fined for every little thing. Trash can not up off the curb in 24 hrs. Fine. Holiday decorations not taken down when they say, fine. Yard not mowed by THEIR time schedule FINE. I live with my 78 year old mother. They gave us a list of MAJOR things they wanted done and gave us 1 week. I'm talking like painting the handicap ramp, the shed, taking down an archway in the yard (there when we moved in) repaint the fence) clean the porches, rake the leaves. And gave us 7 days or we'd be fined. This place is a joke. They expect way too much and don't do anything in return for it. And it's like trying to get top security clearance to get approved for residency.
When my father died my mother had to give them a death certificate 4 years in a row because still had him on the lease. 4 years she had to keep reliving that already tragic experience. People park in the middle of the road. They will tow your car if your tire is touching the grass. Would move out if I could afford it. But can't afford to because they keep raising rent.

Very bad experience, the rent is very high and the park and pools are in terrible condition, very very bad to live here, for everything they want to impose fines, I do not recommend it.

It's not like how it was before. Only one side of the pool is closed. We're not allowed to get in the fitness room and it's been closed since early 2020.

Very nice and quite place to live, and very clean as well. The staff in the office is super nice, we moved here a year ago and Ms lesha was super nice and very helpful with the whole process and made it very easy. Elizabeth is really attentive and nice and goes out of her way to really help you and to fix the problem when there is one. I would highly recommend this community never seen another mobile home community this clean and peaceful before, I would highly recommend.

Creekside,
My sister and I recently purchased a beautiful home at Creekside in Lewisville Tx. Office Manager Elizabeth was extremely helpful in helping us with the application process, as well as communicating between us and the seller of the home. She went above and beyond making sure all our questions were answered and explaining and understanding the community rules and all the wonderful amenities available. We are extremely happy with how easy everything went from the beginning to the closing of the new home. Elizabeth is a very valuable asset to the company and community of Creekside! We look forward to living at Creekside and having Elizabeth in the office. Thank you So Very Much for all you do for the community and making us feel very welcomed into the Creekside Community.
Sincerely New Resident,

Dear Creekside,

My names is Mary Dalton, I recently purchased my home located in Creekside Community Lewisville Texas. I can not brag enough on how easy it was dealing with Elizabeth, the community manager of Creekside. Elizabeth, is very knowledgeable in the process of selling my home (for the seller) and made me feel confident and comfortable in my home purchase. She skillfully, took care of every aspect of the important work needed in the closing of my buying transaction. She went above and beyond to see that I was happy in every way, during the purchase of my home. Graciously, answering each and every question I had for her concerning, my First home buying experience, making every moment pleasant yet professional. She's such a warm Friendly dedicated asset to the Creekside Community. She made Me feel very welcomed to the community right away. It was a pleasure working with her, making what can be a very stressful time into a positive memorable experience.
Thank You Elizabeth for ALL you did in helping me with the purchase of my new home.
Respectfully,
Another Happy Creekside Resident.

I’ve got to say. I have lived here a while, and over all it’s a nice place. They keep up on the grounds and the Maintenance guys are super friendly and willing to help you out. That said, they office staff doesn’t take feedback from anyone. I tried to give friendly feedback about the rudeness of underlining things in lawn notices and got hung up on by the office manager.
Update
Seems like the office is desperate for extra money again. Just got a notice says my trash cans were out to long. I’ve always been told that I had until 10am I pulled them in at 945am. The fine says it took place at 12pm but even the picture they sent says 943am. I called and was told “well actually they have to be up before the office opens “ clearly changing the rules for when the need the money.
Just annoying when they do this kind of thing.
