Creekwood Apartments, Killeen TX

I called in needing something for immediate move in. Jhona explained to me that they only had a fully furnished unit available at the time, but had something coming available very soon for move in. She walked me through the application process while I was on the phone doing it. I'm not very good with online stuff so I know it took some patience. She placed me on hold after I was done and got me an approval right away. She even said that she would get the apartment ready faster than normal for me since I needed it quickly. I just want to thank her for taking her time with me and being so kind and understanding. I have called other places that weren't so nice to me. I can't wait to move in!

I needed a quick move in due to a personal situation and Brionna was able to help. I applied Monday and was able to get my keys today! Apartment was very clean and exactly what I seen online.

The management is great, very accommodating. The maintenance team is responsive. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good layout. The area is nice as well. I highly recommend this complex.

I have lived here for 6 years and would easily recommend this complex to anyone! The staff is always friendly and personable and any issue that arises is dealt with immediately! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. Maintenance is always there. I have to say from day one, they have been very helpful and never seem as though they get sick of me asking questions. Walked past the owner in the lobby one day and she’s an absolute doll. I’d also like to say I love how quiet it is in my complex. Thanks guys

The customer service is amazing! I’ve talked to both Jhona & Stacey I believe that is how their names are spelt. Their work ethic is great they are quick with their knowledge with information I needed in a timely manner. They made sure I was taken care of. They were super kind. Exceptional service from the leasing office! They were responsive, professional, and made the entire leasing process seamless. A highly recommended team that truly cares about their residents. These apts are and look amazing! The management and maintenance are outstanding they are very fast to fix any issue, very courteous. Never have had an issue on the contrary they actually care about their tenants. 10/10 would recommend

Creekwood Apartments is one of the best places I've ever rented. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and responsive. Very peaceful neighborhood and area.

Location is perfect, privacy is nice. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. Love the pool!
Thank you maintainance for fixing my faucet earator and I notice yall pick up trash around the complexes in the morning and I appreciate seeing people care about the little things!

Awesome place to live and the leasing staff are phenomenal to work with. The manager and her assistant made the moving transition so easy and very accommodating! If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would, because 5 stars just don’t do it justice! Seriously can’t recommend this apartment complex enough!

“This is my first apartment and I absolutely love it! The process to get it was so easy and the girls in the office were SUPER helpful! I had an issue with something in my apartment and called it in and they came that same day to fix it. They are in the process of doing more upgrades but it’s already super cute. I highly recommend Creekwood! ”

Please don't look at the reviews from years ago. The management is very rude now. I was abroad when I rented so my furniture was moved in when I rented but I moved in a month after I started paying rent. The apartment was not cleaned from the last tenant.the AC is dripping in the bathtub so no chance on bathing, just showers.during and after showering there is a smell of rotten eggs coming out of the pipes. The kitchen sink cabinet was full of mold that they "fixed"a couple of times. The sink counter if falling apart from the moisture as we speak. I left for a vacation and when I came back the toilet bowl had water stains that won't brush away. No fix on that one. I have to explain my self what those stains are Everytime I have a guest over. Just nasty. Management told me I could park in a parking spot that I was assigned and my car was towed anyway. The gate opens when it wants to. I was late for work a couple of times, and since the last time it wouldn't let me in I never leave my apartment without my phone. The upstairs apartment has numerous tenants that were coming and going but luckily there was no disturbance. The tenant before this one was very noisy but no the management did nothing cause they knew her. With my luck the present tenant plays a game and blasts all the shooting and blowing things up on his speaker system ALL day long. When I complained they made me look like I complain about everybody.

That’s not true. The woman at the desk was rude, and the supervisor is trying to protect her. She already has multiple complaints. The owners have no oversight of the rudeness and disrespect I experienced here. The Lady at the front desk was very rude to me. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, se said you can talk to me and. She then spoke and hung up in my face. I called her again to file a complaint and she did the same thing. Initially I was very kind and respectful. There is no reason to be rude to people who are kind to you. After speaking to management, I found that the supervisor was worse than the employee. Management here is horrible. The owners have no oversight of the rudeness and disrespect I experienced here.
