Aside from the doctor being amazing with her great bedside manner and skills her staff is also hands down excellent! It's not hard to schedule an appointment, the staff communicates with us about everything from services to reminders and availability as well as insurance coverage. They are very thorough and make you a priority. This place makes what would otherwise be a very scary, anxiety driven experience simply better.
My family had been in this dentist's office for years, and you know, we moved so far away that it was an hour and a half away by car, but I still didn't give up, I didn't even think about any other dentist, my kid loved here! No matter how far the distance, we insist on choosing here!
This place really cozy and professional!

Receptionist is super friendly and nice. (almost every appointment time is punctual and she understand my situation - b/ c my son's bracelets made some issues, whenever I called them, they did their best for him)
Also all hygienist so gentle and good skill. (Every time, I'm so pleased when they do scaling for regular check up)
Also Dr. Chung is so good! My youngest one is very tough boy. But at the dental office he was crying a lot and couldn't bear it. At that time Dr. Chung made him calm and super quick treatment.

Dr. Chang and her staff are incredibly personable and sweet. They always treat you like family and greet you with a smile when you walk through the door (even if it’s been 6 months!).
Every encounter I’ve had has been overwhelmingly positive. Getting my teeth cleaned feels like catching up with an old friend. All their dental hygienists are great.
Insurance processing is smooth and all the procedures I’ve had done are effective and lasting!
