Best place to look for high quality baby gear. Can be pricey (don't compare to Walmart prices) but very high quality and service was excellent. Michelle was great - she did a class with us all about our new car seat, and she was incredibly personable and thorough.

Could not recommend this store and their staff enough! We’ve worked with Rowan (she’s amazing!) since day 1… from creating our registry, her knowledge on all the car seats, strollers, and helping with everything in between, we will always go to Crib & Kids for big purchases! Their customer service can’t be beat and their staff are top notch. If you are having a baby, you NEED to stop at this store!

We had such a helpful and pleasant experience with Carolina and Rowan. I took my 2 year old with me to look at double strollers (since baby #2 is on the way) and they spent at least 30 minutes showing us all the strollers and helpfully demonstrating all the features of each one. My daughter also wanted to try out each stroller and they were so friendly and kind to us! They even put together a list of all the items we'd looked at so I could think it over. There is nothing like shopping local and receiving excellent customer service! A big thank you to both of them.

My partner and I went in to test out strollers and see what we would like to get instead of shopping online. We are so glad we did! Rowan was absolutley amazing and provided us with a lot of help and guidance. Looking for baby products is extremely overwhelming and stressful however she made it more enjoyable! We had already created a Babylist registry but decided to make another one through Crib & Kids because it is a local company has already provided our family with a lot of help and guidance. Support local and shop here! If you are lucky, Rowan will be the lovely associate to ask you if you need any help.

Rowan at Cribs & Kids was so helpful! She assisted in narrowing down my car seat and stroller search and made the process super easy as a soon to be first time mom. Looking forward to returning with my husband and making our final purchases. Thank you, Rowan!

Today, Dec 31,2023 the store staff were rude and very judgemental towards a group of ladies and another couple who looked like they were all shopping for strollers. Im not sure why this bussiness not only allows, but produces such a negative culture. Nobody stepped up or pushed back at the staff, but it lead to that entire group of ladies and several other couples to just walk out without following through with their purchases. I will not recommend this bussiness to anyone looking for baby shopping. No person wants to be treated like they dont belong. The staff displayed to other shoppers that they are likely going to be discrimminated against and should be prepped for some disparraging words being passed between the staff members about the customers who come in. I hope the ladies and other shoppers purchased what they intended to, but anywhere else.

Amazing service. Kassidy Burdick is an amazing source of information. Her hospitality and guest services excells beyond the realm of the norm. Ashton also has an amazing warm welcoming attribute when we first walked into the store.

WOW. The customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic. The products were really high quality. They had a wide selection of everything. Would highly highly recommend this as THE place to shop for expecting parents.

Have brand new grandchildren and just discovered the store. Their selection & quality of merchandise is excellent. The service was friendly, personal, and beyond expectations we will definitely be back soon!

Cannot say enough good things about Crib & Kids! So glad I came here for my baby gear needs. Kassidy helped me with figuring out what stroller/car seat combo I needed. As a first time mom, this is very overwhelming so she was a great help! The whole team was so friendly & communication was great while waiting for items to come in. I had a manufacturer hiccup with the glider I ordered but Nick (& team) were so amazing with getting it fixed & everything worked out perfectly.

Really just can’t say enough! Will be a repeat customer for years to come.

My heart is overflowing as I write what could easily be small novel on why Crib & Kids is the most helpful, loving and truly wonderful shopping experience I have ever had and perhaps may ever have. The intention behind this company is evident in every detail- to nurture, educate and provide a carefully curated selection of the best that the world offers for baby.

We came here over a year ago to shop for our son’s nursery furniture. Carolina was the most informative, sweet, caring, patient help I have ever been blessed with. At such an exciting time in life, it meant even more to have such a warm, helpful person to help us decide exactly what we wanted. From the purchase to the delivery and set-up, everything was perfectly smooth, organized and truly caring. We (and our son!) absolutely love our set.

Fast forward a year, and I returned to get a new car seat. To my delight Carolina was there. She fit in the complimentary car seat education for me, even though I had not scheduled it, informing me of every feature and then installing the new seat in my car for me, all the while bringing smiles to my son’s face and filling my heart with the kind of gratitude that lives on. Thank you Carolina, for your amazing heart, for your genuine care and sweetness and for making this exciting time in our lives even sweeter.

Everyone we have ever talked to in Crib & Kids has been extremely personable, helpful, sincere, informative and kind. From upscale clothing to original toys, baby-carriers, crib-sets, recliners and car seats- they have the best of everything, including customer service. Shopping here will make you feel like you are a part of something so special. I truly believe that this store and the people in it make the world a better place.

Kassidy helped us as soon as we walked in the front door. I was very “green” when it came to car seats and strollers and Kassidy helped calm my nerves. I would highly recommend this store for new moms that are starting to shop for necessities.

My girlfriend and I were out and about walking in the shopping center killing time. She saw baby clothes and thought to stop in and just see what this store has to offer, mind you we don’t have kids and don’t know anyone who does. We made that perfectly clear. Didn’t matter. We were hounded incessantly the entire time we were there. Reeks of cheap salesmanship. Good customer service is knowing when to stop. These people were PUSHY.
