Walked in with questions and got em answered. Sam answered all the questions I had and pretty much knows the ins n out of the tech stuff. Great service and attitude.
The worse customer service i experience on any type of bussiness so far in Houston. I came to ask to update my plan for a more expensive one even looking to buy a new phone. The guy looked like he had no interest on any of my questions nor explaining to me. If you tell me i was a customer coming to complain about something but i was actually not so i was very surprised.

I want to say that this location is great about giving great customer service. I want to thank Gerardo for helping me out and also taking his time to explain to me about the difference between android and Apple.

she went above beyond to try and fix my service issues (was out of her hands, cricket was doing maintenance in their towers) i will check service and hopefully they fix towers near my area
I went to this location at 3: 30 this afternoon and i would have walked out switching service from sprint to you all and got a new phone but your worker was not educated in anything what so ever. Every question i had i had to answer myself. So i decided to go with metro pcs. You all need to watch who you leave in charge. Probably losing alot of business because of poor training.
The new manager here is extremely nice and helpful. She help me switch everything on my phone, it took a long time and she never got aggravated. Great customer service here!
