I went in to get a new phone. The girl behind the counter said hello. I said I'm here to get a new phone.the employee was too busy attempting to activate their employee discount over the phone to buy some earbuds, that she wouldn't sell me a phone. She just kept saying "hold on". After standing there for a while I left and went to another retailer. Totally unacceptable behavior.

The lady was very nice and very professional and very very helpful. She didn't act like some do as if they don't want to do their job. I go there because that store is helpful.

Manager on top of her her game and knew her products.was able to explain and price point without hesitation. Great job!
