5Horrible phone service. Avoid this phone company at any cost or you will regret it. This company sells your number to individuals and they deny it, even though their automated system clearly states, "ask us not to sell your information and dele3 it. " You will be harassed constantly by many unsolicited callers. Customer service will hang up on you when you call them to ask about the message on their automated system, they pretend to get you to a customer service supervisor and they kerp you on hold until you hang up or they hang up on you. Horrible, Metro bt T-Mobile has better phones and you don't deal with these issues.
Very bad experience with Cricket in general but the gentleman at this location was friendly and provided good customer service.
Very helpful. Great customer service. Not too good at putting liquid glass on but otherwise good to go.
Giving this place 1 star is being nice. I understand today is Christmas Eve, but if your sign on the door says open til 4, and you close more than an hour early, that's bad courtesy and bad business. Every time I come into this location the employees are either rude, or they passively aggressively rush their customers. Then, when I call support they are no help either and the customer service reps don't understand what I'm asking for help with then wanted to verify my information at the END of the conversation. I won't be back to this location, and I'm going to look into switching carriers. This is ridiculous. I won't be recommending this Cricket location.
