Trying to find out if they had the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Lady on the phone was rude and refused to tell us. We’d have to drive half an hour just to come home empty handed that’s a no go. That’s just awful customer service all the other stores told us, why should this store be any different.
Git the phone I wanted. Also bundled a ton of garbage products with it. Case broke day 1 and melted to my QI charger due to it not being compatible. Screen protector that was installed was NOT for the model of phone but was told that it "would work". Guess who's screen protector fell off in 3 days? Don't even get me started on the headphones.
Phone is the ONLY thing that was worth it. Everything else was just to make that sell and it was apparent. Went back to inform the store about the issue and was told that I didn't have to accept the bundle deal. Also was informed that there are NO returns on any accessory that is purchased in the store. Which wasn't really my issue.my issue is that people aren't knowledgeable about what they're selling and just interested in "making it work".
The employee that I encountered was as very helpful. She even looked up my home area on their site map. I think her name was Clarisa.
Very lazy staff they don't know how to treat the customers. They don't know who are our potential customer and who are time wasting ones. They don't care about customers line, they enjoy their gossips whenever I go to for my bill payment.
I went into this store just to activate my phone I purchased. The lady in the office helped one guy the whole time didn’t even try to assist me with anything I waited for over an hour before she even tried to help. If it wasn’t already purchased I would’ve went to a different company because this is was horrible experience! Don’t waste your time if you want good customer service!
We started with Cricket in Jasper, Texas. Wasn't very pleased with the customer service we received.
Today we went to the Cricket store on College in Beaumont, Texas to purchase a new phone because I dropped mine in the water. The young lady was trying to upsale me a phone when a couple more people walked in. According to her, the cheapest phone I could purchase was going to cost me almost $300. We insisted that she take care of the other customers while we looked around and discussed the price. We left about 5 minutes later because I wasn't really happy with her attitude.
We then drove to the Cricket store on Dowlen in Beaumont. There were 2 nice young men working there. The one that waited on us was VERY nice and polite. He gave me several options of phones that was within my price range. I didn't get the young man's name. But he was amazing and very helpful. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this store in the future.
Grate phone not much help with the setup. The store in Lufkin is worse than any other no help at all in the 3 times I have stopped by
Cant pay bill with 1800 number. Keep getting hung up on. Cant pay in the store. Virus prevents us fro. Going to Beaumont tx.

I am very happy with my service with Cricket Wireless, that all changed when I decided to buy a phone through Cricket. The trainee salesman did not inform me of the features or lack of features on the phone that being said we are stuck with a phone that is NOT HEARING AIDE compatible and have to pay 10.00 a month for the hot spot, that should be included in the premium plan. If we could have been able to look at the phone we would have seen it wasn't compatible with the hearing aides and chose another phone but now stuck with a phone we can't use!
