Came here because I didn't know how to reset my phone and keep my photos, and they did everything for me, awesome attitude and attention!

I'm a new cricket customer and I was uncertain about switching to this company but the small lady explain everything to me and gave the best offer and the one that save me more money, so thank you.

Truly love the customer service those girls truly know what they are doing and are patient with anything you need help with I would recommend to come.

I've been coming to this store for some time now and they always help me with any issues or questions, they are busy but trying to help.

Woke up and my phone wasnt workin and didnt have time before work to go up to the store but got there and 745 pm and they were closed so now im forced to go more days without a phone and service i paid for but cant use. 8pm should mean 8pm not close early cause your not busy.

Stunk really bad due to plumbing issues looked like it was closing down couldn't even tell if it was open however there was a really cool chick there that helped me out with a phone so that's why I have this place a 3 because of her not the actual place The smell was so bad she was even stand g outside until she had a customer come and I was the only one there
