They have excellent service so far I have no complaints, and I do recommend it

Cricket service is terrible in this area, my sons work at the Wendy's and can't even use their devices properly. They advise to just keep power cycling your phone. Still doesn't do anything.do yourself a favor and choose another provider.

Bad customer service Mr Noel, decided not to take care of me literally told me he couldn’t because he was waiting on a customer to come back From the ATM mean while he’s on his phone while business PHONE is ringing and he then decides as well to mute the ringer because he was busy on his personal cellphone.mrs BRIZNA was only one trying to help customer's out.

Chass was amazing, very informative n friendly when I had questions about my new phone n plan. Highly recommend her services n this company.

Walked into this store looking for a new phone asked about prices and all he wanted to say was when I got the phone I just asked price range of phone. He told me to get out then started yelling at me to leave. I'm told him he was worthless. As we got in the car he flipped me the middle finger. I waved back then a real tall lady walked to the door and she also stuck the middle finger up at us. They do not care about costumers. They showed no professionalism. This was at the store 2235 SW. Military Dr. San Antonio TX

Christian was amazing. When other wouldn't help was try charge me a lot he went above help with my dad phone.

I used to have this service but then moved.i never had proplems like some where else. And no did not go here.but i still wanted u to know
