Bought a new phone for my Mom, but when I got it home there were several problems. I took it back and was helped by Kayden, the manager. He was incredibly friendly and had the problems fixed after about 15 minutes! Kaden restored my faith in the ability to spend less than three hours trying to get a phone fixed!
