Just went today inside cricket to make my phone bill payment and Brian did not want to take me payment all because he had already counted the register, which is not my problem I walked in 10 minutes before they were closed. And said he was taking card only well unfortunately I only had cash and needed to pay today! Brian Just wanted to be lazy and go home on time instead of taking care of business.
Brian was so helpful & insightful! We’re very thankful that he was able to help us out today. We had issues with the other FM-78 Cricket location but we had a much better experience here at this location. We’ll be making this our main location from now on even though it’s farther.
I went to switch carriers today but I couldn't even get it done because the person who was helping us talks to much to.customers making the wait time even longer then to top it off he wouldn't call metro to get the portal number for us to switch carriers worst experience w cricket sales rep ever just lazy talking about his cat to other customers like we don't care bout that just sale the phones
Gentleman that was there was very helpful, very informative of everything and helped me find the phone I was wanting within the budget I asked.
I had gone to cricket and the employee tended to me and helped me with some of the problems I was having. He was friendly and very helpful
