Great customer service! Will be coming back! They helped me get my Account number & transfer pin in less than 5mins from my old carrier to help me switch over to them, transferred all my photos & contacts from the old device to the new one Leslie went above & beyond!

Good morning all, the rep at this location behaved as if I was bothering her daily routine. I was the only person there, I needed to pay my account. She unlocked the door & walked away, I walked in and said that I needed to pay my bill, she did not face me & spoke almost inaudible. She asked for my #, the 3rd time I gave it to her 1 # at a time, to make sure she got it correctly. She asked for my ID & I said " I wish someone I don't know would pay my bills for me. She said I don't like your attitude, you will have to go somewhere else. I said gladly, because you are rude and left. She behaved as if she did not want to be there, not polite & did not want to be bothered at 9 am. I had been there since 7am to pay my bill. I've been contemplating changing phone companies. Now is a good time
Additional - The manger at this branch is rude & bitter, she turned off my auto pay so the payment would not go through. I had to go to another branch to have my card reactivated, where the employees were much more pleasant

Had a problem with my phone screen and went to my closest cricket they told me i could go to this location and i called beforehand just in case they didn’t have the phone so it could be replaced, lady named Laura answered the phone and i explained she then proceeded to not give me any solutions call me a “girl” and saying she needs a manager to be there for that and then decided to hang up, asked the manager from the cricket if a manager needed to be there and she said no after i called again and she finally called the manager but didn’t have the phone regardless of having the phone or not they have very bad customer service and no employee should talk to a customer like that at all, i hope they have a serious talk with her about this because as a person who works along the lines with customer service i would never say that to a customer, also asked for her name the first time and she wouldn’t give it to me until the second call.

Very bad experience the girl who was there Sunday afternoon 07/30/23 is very unprofessional, she disrespected me and she did not solve my problem, this place is terrible, no one go there.
