Won’t ever return here, my Google apps were not showing up on my phone and the guy there told me he could not help me because a lot of customers information was stolen when I asked how come I wasn’t notify they couldn’t explain anything to me. They never even bothered to look at my phone or ever try to help me fix the problem the lady had a horrible Attitude and spent her time talking bad about others to him. Very unprofessional environment. The guy with glasses was talking about apparent previous employees and wow I couldn’t believe all the stuff I was hearing and I could not believe how my information could have been at risk and I wouldn’t be notified! I will be in contact with corporate offices and I will never be returning to this place I can’t believe the level of how unprofessional this people can be.

Justice, Lissa and the one tall white guy without the glasses were super helpful with getting me a new phone. Help me activate it and everything. In and out withing 30 minutes.

Do not go here was in my rifle spot to bring a phone back I've only had it for 6 days the lady didn't know that and she said well it's not going to happen don't go here very rude they're never ever able to do anything for you go to the one all the way and San Antonio off of rittiman they're the best these people have continuously sucked. Also on top of that I had been there two times prior and was asked to please come back we are extremely busy just horrid I went to the different cricket location off of 46 and they were able to help me out tremendously especially with a smile on their face they also let me explain the problem I was having with the phone which I tried to go win two times prior to today to the other location. I am to understand these are new owners at the Seguin location and they are just horrid take my advice and go to the one off of 46 they even threw in a free screen protector in case.

Drove 30 minutes just to find out that they’re closed at 11: 30 for a meeting that is at “12-1”

Still having problems with the phone been with them over 8 years I finally got my new phone and it's the same one. No problems.

Not cricket is truly one company that will not rip you off like Sprint AT&t Verizon etc

If I could give this store a 0/5 stars I would! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
