Another of the worst phone stores I have ever visited in my entire life. The employee treats customers as if she were an army sergeant and the customer was a second-class corporal. Not a smile, not a kind word, not a greeting. And on top of that, she doesn't even move from her seat, nor does she know what RAM is, that is, one of the most important operating characteristics of any electronic device, which is its processing speed, and a telephone saleswoman doesn't know it. He told me that they only ask about RAM in Mexico. And she said it to me with a bit of contempt, that is, as if she, who can see the nopal on her forehead, was a gringo or European, and the Mexicans were people from the third world who were ignorant. I am Cuban, not Mexican, but I feel proud to have great Mexican friends and to know many intelligent, beautiful and kind people from that country. In the stores of Mexico I have found salespeople a hundred times friendlier and better prepared. That thing about how the RAM of a phone is only asked in Mexico is the most laughable thing I have ever heard in my entire life. No wonder the store is completely empty. Incredible that they can sell even one phone all year. I don't give them 0 stars because there is no option.

Yajaira lopez was super rude and ugly adittude didnt even try to help us at all asked for an id and when i showed them they didnt even look at it.they just didnt want to help.i mean they work at a phone place so they should know more than me i would think.instead walmart helped us and it came out free cricket shouldnt have people working there like her she has a stanky face on because they are forsure gonna loose money.

I had an initial bad experience with mediocre customer service- Yajaira came to the rescue. She's the only reason for a good 4 stars. Can't give 5 based on other employees.

My mom and I went to get her a new phone the girls where nice and respectful they helped her get a new phone and I got a screen protector quick and easy good customer experience

Yajaira store #360 was awesome. Her customer service and sales skills are superb. She listens to your needs and is so pleasant to deal with. Great employees like her are hard to find.

Came in to get a phone and Yajaira knew what was going on, was fast on getting me in and out of there with my new phone lines. Very happy friendly and great customer service.
