Worst Cricket retail store ever! Rude, will rip you off in a heartbeat. Even told my husband who has a European accent that that's the way things are done in this country when he asked why they wouldn't accept a return on a defective product even though the receipt clearly states returns are allowed within 7 days.

Young man in that store lied to make a sale. Needed a temporary phone in between employers - approx. 1 month. I explained that I planned to switch the phone over to my wife very soon. Was told that after a month, the phone may be switched over to Verizon. Bought the nearly thousand dollar phone/service. Went back in, he said that it had to be 6 months of continuous service. Then his associate stated that it's a year. He lacks knowledge in his current role. I had been a previous cricket customer for several years prior to this event. Will never consider using them again.

One line for 60dlls yes ok. If you make automatic payments 55 yes ok excellent. But what I didn't like was that they charged me 66 dollars. No okay what's going on

Worst Cricket location in Midland! I called ahead of time to inquire about a phone.they told me they had in stock. When I showed up I was not greeted and felt so unwelcome. I go up to counter and I'm informed the phone I went up there for is out of stock.and to top it off was told with a careless voice shrug of shoulder and eyeroll! The people working here need to get it together because they have MAJOR attitude problems. Management is terrible! If you need a Cricket phone and ACTUALLY want decent people with good customer service go to location on Rankin Hwy or Big Spring! Run from this location!

There was a very sweet and helpful girl I believe her name was Maritza. She made my bill come out a lot cheaper, explained everything that was wrong, and explained everything she was doing.

Don’t come to this cricket location! They messed up my cricket account after paying the amount in full, my account gets suspended and have to pay a $30 reactivation fee which could’ve been easily avoided if they would’ve told me beforehand! This store doesn’t have any knowledge on phones and don’t even tell you the prices on phones, they just tell you they don’t have the phones you want and make you pay for the most expensive. It’s ridiculous, worst customer service at this location the lady barely even knows what she’s doing and doesn’t even try to help you, she’s just on the clock and you can tell. YOUVE BEEN WARNED
