Went on 10/25 and Crystal was no helpful at all she wanted for me to contact customer service for something she did wrong & try blaming it to another coworker, also because she was in so much in a hurry to go eat her lunch at 6: 30 pmwent the next day 10/26 with Erica Madrigal and she was amazing she contact customer service and did all the work correctly the other lady “couldn’t do” Erica does such an amazing job with customers she’s very very helpful, she didn’t let me leave the store until everything was done correctly and making sure the lines were working fine.
Hired less people like Crystal and more like Erica Madrigal. I give Erica 5 stars for doing her job correctly.

Bought wrong charger and wouldn't exchange or refund just cause I left store 5 minutes earlier. What kind of scam is this. And no receipt given so employees might be making a little something on the side

Don’t trust the sales people at this store. My husband went in to buy a new phone and a sales girl was adding items to the phone purchase without our knowledge. First she said the charger “was included” with phone as if it was free. We noticed the price went up and asked about it, then she said oh let me remove the charger. Then she added the most expensive insurance plan without asking if we wanted it. I had gotten a txt that my phone plan changed and had to go through the trouble of calling customer care to remove it, plus feeling infuriated by the underhanded charges she did. If you decide to come here, review your receipt before walking out the store to see what they charged and ask questions.

Lorraine was extremely helpful. I was having so much trouble understanding my acp benefit and she called their support and got me qualified. She took her time and got everything fixed and addressed. Amazing!
