This place is one of the good ones. Dr. Cristobal and his team did a great job. They were thorough with explanations and planning, and quick with testing and processing.

Everyone was curtious and Dr. Cristobal was very gentle and knowledgeable. I recommend this medical practice.

Dr. Cristobal has a great bedside manner & throughly explains all of your possibilities. The girl up front that checks you out is very rude on the other hand. She has red hair & wears glasses.

The Dr was very competent. The staff was just fair, the audiologist didn't explain her appointment in advance. Then didn't give me the results, not that I could interpret the results.

Amazing doctor! We discovered I had a brain tumor right after I gave birth and was referred to Dr. Cristobal. Love Dr. Cristobal, he goes above and beyond for his patients. He spends time with you and explains things. He thinks outside the box and doesn't do the whole "one size fits all" method. His staff is super friendly as well.

April 13th was the first meeting with
Dr.cristobal. The appointment was at 9AM, and we arrived at 830AM. He did not come to the room until 1030AM the wait to see him was too long.and the visit summary was not available for the same day but had to wait for days. I was told it was gonna be ready in a couple of days, but it didn't
I called on April 18th and asked for the visit summary to be faxed over. Have I not called? They would have neither mail it to me nor fax it over.with better technologies we have today, they can also use something like MYCHART like CookChildren’s and you can view everything whenever.

I have been reaching out to this office since last week, and I NEVER have I received any feedback. I left voice-mails and sent an email.

We were greeted cheerfully by Dr Cristobal and staff. And Dr Cristobal was very attentive to my needs and gave me the information I needed for my hearing. I recommend Texas Ear Clinic.

Did nothing to help my screaming in ear or the stopped up ear. Only put me on drugs. Absolutely no help!
