Is my kid is reaching the cakes not true at all you have one cake there and his just looking at it wile open the door! If you don’t like to do a business please close! But I don’t blame and don’t lai on customer and on a kid this is a very bad location -100*

Over priced piece of white/butter cake was dry with mediocre stiff buttercream frosting. Strawberry cake was also dry but better frosting.waste of $10

I got the sugar cookies and the strawberry cake slice. I was super excited about the cookies for them to be crispy and dry instead of chewy like I was expecting. They could have been passable if they tasted good but it was more of a bland plastic than sweet treat.

Customer service was amazing! I called with only 24 hour notice and they were able to make a cake for my moms birthday that was beauty and tasted amazing! They not only did it, but we’re nice about it! Customer service is not lost here! Thank you guys! It was beautiful!

Cristy’s cake shop made a gorgeous cake for my daughter. We were having a dinner party for our friends and family and I called and explained how I wanted the cake to be decorated and was so pleasantly surprised when I saw it. Everyone was absolutely in love with it and said it also tasted great! Will definitely be purchasing cakes from them in the future.

I love this bakery. The owner is so personable and welcoming. They have a large selection and are able to customize anything you need. They have great final products. I have gone in for cookies, slice of cake as well as ordered several special occasion cakes. I am so glad we have another option for bakery needs then just the grocery bakery. We need to support this small business to ensure they are able to stay open and serve our community.

I needed a last minute cake for my husband’s birthday ended up trying the tres leches which was an absolute success. Very good and great texture! A week later went back and tried the carrot cake. My husband who claims carrot cake as his favorite absolutely love it. Reasonably priced also.

Had a cake prepared for my wedding and it was perfect (topper and stand was added by us, flowers and tray were by them)! Mitch helped us through the whole process and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went with the white cake with buttercream frosting. It was delicious! Couldn't ask for anything better!:)

I just described them what I want the cake to look like and they made it.the cake looked good.my daughter was very happy.the taste was also good.but the cake was a bit dry.

I was looking for bakery for my mother's 90th birthday and decided to give Cristy's a try. Mitch was phenomenal! He made the best custom cake that was not only beautiful but, delicious and moist. My mother could not have been happier! If you would like to have a custom cake made for your special occasion I highly recommend you give them a try!

I came across Cristy's cakes by accident. I was at the butcher across the road and then planned in heading to Central Market where I usually get birthday cakes. I saw Cristy's cakes and thought excellent, I don't have to drive to Southlake I can get a cake across the road. I read mixed reviews about the cakes. All reviews said the service was excellent. I agree, the staff were friendly, knew their product, were very kind and helpful. I bought the 12 inch-large Oreo chocolate cake with fudge center and whipped cream frosting $30, for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately the cake was dry, tasteless and the frosting left a waxy film in my mouth. We shared 4 small pieces and threw the rest in the trash. A packet cake mix would have shown up this cake.

Tried the variety pack of cookies & a slice of oreo cake. They were OK. Both cookies/cake were pretty dry & wasn’t that sweet. I just wasn’t very impressed, but I thought the cakes looked very well decorated.

AMAZING job done here! I ordered this very last minute and they did not have a single issue getting the cake done for me on time! Would highly recommend!

I hate to give such a low rating to a new business but this was a complete waste of money. I sent my better half to grab a cake for a birthday celebration. It was dry and flavorless. Just a barely iced cake with no decoration at all. He purchased a 2 layer chocolate cake with chocolate icing for $30. Everyone said it was, all 5 adults and my daughter didnt even want to take it home. Had I gone to purchase myself I wouldnt have bought it due to how it looked, much prettier cakes at Tom Thumb and the like. Stick to Jenny Layne's, The Flour Shop etc. This place has terrible cakes that are over priced and not even pretty.

Picked up a German Chocolate cake for a friends birthday. It was so good! I stopped in last minute and they had a great selection and very fresh. The staff bent over backwards to assist me. They had individual slices too which I will be back for! I highly recommend Cristy's!

Ordered 2 Cakes for a Birthday party one chocolate one Red Velvet both were excellent in appearance and quality especially taste.

I am not one to post allot of reviews just this a new business glad to post positive reviews when warranted. The owner was very helpful in every way

Went in to get a cake for my daughter’s birthday. Asked for freshest cake available. They handed me a red velvet cake which they said they had just made. It was either two days old or they’re just not very good at cake. Very disappointed

I called to order a birthday cake for my granddaughter two days before the party. I had just flown in from Portland and found this shop by doing a Google search. The gentleman that assisted me over the phone was kind, professional and very patient with me. The cake was ready on time and was absolutely beautiful. Guests at the party said the cake tasted really good.
