Crocs at Tanger Outlets Houston, Texas City TX

The store was fine and the associates were nice, but this store is not a discounted outlet. Everything in this store is priced the same as online, so you might as well shop from your couch.

The store is WAY too small, not handicap friendly at all, nor larger people friendly. TOO much crammed into a small space. And you gotta really love CROCS to pay the price they want for some rubber shoes.

The store at the outlet is nice and clean. You can find good deals and promotions here. There are also shoes here you do not see in retail stores.

I was greeted as soon as I came through the door the young lady that helped me was extremely enthusiastic about her job. Thank you for the great service

Great choices. Well-maintained store. The sales associates have their hear up their butt though. They are going all different directions, not communicating, and not friendly/helpful. They put back the items they were supposed to be holding for me at the register, so when it was my turn to check out, we had to either hold up the line and go back to get everything again or go to the back of the line. It was frustrating.

Was on vacation and kids needed something to wear while on the beach.perfect! Even got the bling they wanted

I have read these other reviews&I do not know what those other people were smoking.but 'Rebekah' helped me find a non slip shoe foe work& if someone was 'racist' they would have not helped me or asked me to come back n shop. She helped other customers&seemed joyful+happy.

The tall big white lady is racist she was making racist comments towards a black man just because.
I'll rather not post what she said but I had to point it out what the hell other than that the store is very clean and organized.

I was shopping in this store today and overheard on of the workers "Rebeka" cursing out on customers and commenting on their race and ethnicity. I thought crocs policy would not allow this to happen in their store!

If your crocs shrink, Crocs has no use label and national won't even work with you. This place will. Also note there is a federal class action against Crocs due to the malfeasance of bad practice to create a clearly deficient product that they refuse to replace with normal wear. If this happens to you there is a sign up online to be a member of the lawsuit.
